Had the lobster bisque, New York strip medium mashed potatoes, straw fries asparagus and it the lump crab and twin lobster tails. Food was okay but everything was very salty. Nice atmosphere and service was perfect. Took a long time to get seated though and they weren’t busy yet.

Hyde Park was amazing it was the total ambience of fine dining! The atmosphere was beautiful the hostess desk was very welcoming I did not have a reservation but they treated me like a VIP! The whole experience from the floor manager coming over to introduce himself to me was totally amazing and then my waiter came his name was Martin he had a partner with him Ashley they worked as a team but Martin was truly the star of the show I had a lemon drop it was utterly amazing it was the best I have ever had .Martin served My lemon drop made sure it was in absolutely beautiful engraved crystal glass it was his service was impeccable! I wanted for nothing while him and Ashley served our food and checked on us effortlessly all night. My waiter was beyond professional my food was worth every dollar.I had a potato gratin that was simply amazing it was so good all my food came out everything was stellar please go visit and see Martin he is truly a step above when it comes to wait staff!!!! I was highly pleased it was the highlight of my trip to visit Cleveland for the first time and I most definitely will be back to this Hyde Park location I truly believe this was one of my best restaurant experiences ever thank you Martin

Food was absolutely delicious we had a wedding party of 20 and service was top tier. Laura kept In touch with me through email and was so reliable I felt like she was my own personal wedding planner. John Bennett the manager very patient and professional. He made sure our guest had everything they needed. I can’t remember the names of all the servers but they were spectacular. The atmosphere top tier everything was a 10/10 will be going back for date nights.

Came here while on a work trip. I ordered the 36 day dry aged bone in ribeye. It was cooked perfectly. Probably the best steak I’ve ever had. Had amazing flavor. The potatoes were out of this world as well. 10/10 would recommend

We went here with another couple last night and really enjoyed the experience. We sat at a high top table in the bar area which was full on a Saturday night. Service was excellent. Food was all outstanding as well. For our Mains we had a variety of filets, ribeye and strip steaks. Everyone was very pleased with temperature and flavor. We live near here but somehow we always forget it’s here, but definitely one of the better steak experiences in the area. I enjoyed my meal here much more than my previous experiences with either Marble Room or Red.

Not exactly sure what happened this time but ordered several filets as a “butcher box” and selected a time for pickup. after a 40 minute wait/delay the steaks were given to me in to-go containers inside ziplock bags (see pic)
in years past you would get a box with vac packed steaks – it was a nice presentation for a gift. not sure really what to do with this. pretty let down for the cost and now i really don’t have a presentable gift. strange for such a classy place. didn’t meet expectations. especially for the cost.
Update: followed the request to email 11 days ago – no response. Not sure why i needed to do that – no outcome.

First i would like to say, the restaurant is beautiful. Im here for work and planned to come and eat and have a drink every evening during my stay. I specifically search hotels that have bar/restaurants for convenience.
I sat at the bar. The woman behind the bar wasnt very attentative or personable. I had to call on her to get a menu and a water, then she never came back to me even though she walked back and forth in front of me many times. The gentleman was great. once i got his attention, he was attentive after that. It was very busy and he tried to be attentive to everyone.
I ordered the sea bass. Everywhere i have had sea bass, it melts in your mouth. The piece that I recieved looked beautiful, but cutting it was like cutting a steak. Tough for fish. But a $48 piece of fish should be as it always is at other restaurants, soft and flaky. He called another gentleman over and he asked what I wanted to do. I didnt want to waste the food, so I asked if they could just make sure it was cooked fully. Generally when a flaky piece of fish isnt cooked fully, its not cooked fully. Not sure what they did, but when they brought it back, it was more tough. I didnt eat it. Asked for a to go box. This should never be a situation in a restaurant of this scale.
They did offer for me to get something else, but again, I hate to waste an expensive piece of meat like that. They did not discount anything or mention anything after that, even when I didnt eat it and boxed it.
Very disappointed.
