I like going to Mc Donald’s for a tie me over between meals and also a fan of their breakfast. Today i came to this location for a fountain drink, cheese burger, hot and spicy, and fries. The drive thru was fast and the food was consistent. No complaints

Ordered the 2 cheese burger meal asked for extra onion and pickles the first ones came with 1 pickle each and basically no onions I went in and asked very nicely if I could have my extra pickles and onions I asked for as you can see one has a handful of pickles and basically no onion and the other has way to much onion and extra pickles honestly it ruined my appetite

My grandkids and I came here because of the Play Place. Every table was filthy in the kids room. Under the tables were the same way. I asked for a towel to clean the table with. The young guy at the counter said he would do it for me. He never showed up. We got our food but no where to put it. The guy who brought our meals said he would do it. It took quite a while for him to even come back. Very disappointed. We won’t be visiting this Play Place again

Decided to dine in with my family and we struggled to find a place to seat in. All tables were dirty . We had to ask an employee to wipe down our table and she kindly did so. Though, before that, I believe she told her manager and that lady she talked to about the tables, later on walked in the lobby and gave me and my family a dirty look. It’s their duty to wipe down the tables. Very rude people except the lady that wiped our table.

I picked up my Minecraft meal excited! I opened the box and noticed the toy wasn’t in the promotions that I seen. It was a Minecraft toy but not the limited edition for the adults. I called the store before my lunch break ended and explained to the nice women that I received the wrong toy. She said to come back and they would make it right but I explained I was at work and would come by later at 6. She said thats fine but before she hung up l asked if she needed my name. She said no. I get off of work and come by.
I explained to the guy up front and he denied me saying that I needed to bring in the other toy.. He grabbed his manager Carlos and he was very rude at explaining why they couldn’t just give me the toy I paid for. I explained that the lady on the phone didn’t require me to bring in the other toy. I paid for the meal, I have picture of the meal coming with the wrong toy, I have a receipt, I have a call history from when I called the restaurant. I wasted so much of my time for a 50 cent piece of plastic when all I wanted was a nostalgic dopamine dose of my childhood. I WILL NOT BE COMING TO THIS MCDONALDS ANYMORE!!

BIG BALLER
I walk up here sometimes and I always enjoy ordering the food at one of the little kiosks – they’re great if you eat with family or friends (so everyone can take turns ordering what they want) or if you just don’t like ordering at the front. The people working here are always super chill and friendly, too!

Customers place their our own orders so the staffs job just keeps getting easier so why this place is Filthy and has Rude/ argumentive staff is beyond me!
ALL of the tables in the play place were dirty I am sure they hadn’t been cleaned all day! I was ignored by staff for 8mins while standing at the counter waiting to ask for someone to wipe one table. The guy who was dressed like a manager finally came to see what I needed and said ok. I waited a few mins at the table and returned to the front to find a girl staff wiping tables. I politely asked if she could wipe a table for me in the play place her response was…

confused as hell I went back to the guy and said “Can I get a rag so I can do your guys job since I was told to use napkins” the girl then started raising her voice and talking over me saying “I said that because he told me to wipe these tables” The guy said nothing and grab a rag and finally went to wipe the table. I know McDonald’s hires kids but looks like these children need more training or a different job.

I was dropping off some presents on Christmas day, and noticed that ALL McDonalds were showing as Open on Christmas Day.
I placed an order in the APP. I was able to cancel the order in app, but strongly urge the person responsible for accurate in app information do their job!

This location on 104th off of Melody has the worst customer service. They cram everything into 1 bag to the very top, are not friendly and courteous. I would recommend you go to any other location rather than this one. Plus their lettuce is pretty bad, is wilted and they hardly give you any. Fries were okay.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered big breakfast x2. Got home, sausage was stone cold, egg was 1/2 serving, biscuits were hard tack. Very sad and very disappointed. Not going back to a restaurant that takes advantage for profit.
