First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Excellent experience! I was greeted & sat right away. My waitress was pleasant & attentive. The menu had a wide variety. The coffee was good & there was a mixture of flavored creamer options on the table. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was modern & clean. The bathroom stall had an extra purse/bag hook, the faucets had a nice shower-like head that didnt spray all over you while washing your hands, & there were paper towels. The only thing I would change is, I only got 1 napkin (rolled up with my silverware). I’m sure if I would have asked for more I could have gotten them, it’s just not something I bother my server for. I would highly recommend & look forward to returning.

Wonderful experience. Our server was so attentive and friendly. The chickachanga was AMAZING. My daughter lived the Avocado Toast and Million Dollar Bacon. We both enjoyed the grits. Looking forward to going back.

Got coffee with our breakfast, super awesome server offered to get us cups of coffee to go (while this might be normal, this generally only seems to occur when the customer requests; really appreciated the restaurant staff looking out for us by ensuring we knew it was an option).

They are always professional and friendly, and the environment is consistently clean with great attention to detail. My fiancé and I drive four hours to St. Louis for doctor appointments, and we always make this our breakfast stop. The food and service are worth going out of our way for every time.

This location is hands down the best in the STL region. The staff is always so kind, and the waitlist system works perfectly every time. The food is consistently amazing. Special shoutout to Mackenzie, who was absolutely incredible today! I’ll happily drive 25 miles to come here instead of going to the one closer to home, because I know this location never disappoints.

I just love the whole experience. From the time you walk in the front door to the time you leave, I just enjoy being there. I’ve never had a bad meal here. My favorite is probably the French toast (original or Floridian) the little sugar doughnuts for an appetizer are to die for. The servers are very pleasant and attentive to your needs. The atmosphere is simple yet inviting, makes you just want to sit and enjoy each other’s company. You may have to wait a little bit to get a table but that’s because it is so good everyone wants to come. I would highly recommend trying this place out, if you haven’t already done so.

We have obviously been here many times.. because of their uniqueness in their menu, we have tried to order something different on each visit… they do not disappoint. So good.. I bought their cookbook… I use it when we don’t have time to pop in to our favorite location in Chesterfield.
If you love fresh foods… this is the place. And they have a staff that knows their products and have always been able to make recommendations that have not failed us either
