I love the way the outside of this place is decorated. They have an old delivery truck in their driveway. Given that I was surprised to see how plain the inside of the place was. Beyond that, we came to eat and not to look at art so eat we did. This place is aptly named. They have a wide verity of food on the menu. I am sure you will find something. The staff was super friendly as well. Overall we enjoyed the total experience.

Wow the food here is fantastic! I had catfish, cornbread stuffing, turnip greens, hush patties and a top shelf bloody mary( best I’ve ever had!) Also ordered the blueberry lemon pie! Omgoodness! Wait staff was great and very nice. I’d give 6 ☆ if I could… enjoyed the atmosphere as well.

Walton’s is too cool for Evansville. The service was fast, 3 minutes for mixed drinks and 10 minutes for food. They start you off with a complimentary bowl of popcorn to get you thirsty. They run your card at your table, that saves time if you don’t have time to burn. The food was great and reasonably priced, they have a fun menu with a wide variety and range of flavors. I would definitely order what I had again, but not before trying about 10 more things on the menu. They have a full bar and they were advertising a Taxman brewery take over which is fun. The atmosphere was trendy, there was plenty to look at. I was curious what it looked like before it was turned in to a restaurant. There is more seating than there is parking, I probably wouldn’t come back during busy hours for that reason. This was our first time here and I will definitely come back again.

First time here. Busy on Saturday night. We had a party of 16 and found enough room at 2 tables. All the food was really good. A little of spice but I like it that way. Food didn’t take that long to come out. Friendly service. We will be back!!

Interesting atmosphere, friendly staff, slow service. Complimentary appetizer of popcorn, and large selection of items on the menu – both food and drink. The time to get food was just too long, especially with the amount of people that were in the restaurant at the time. My salad came out only a minute or two before my meal.

The building was great, loved the layout, the food was great, there onion block was very good. Only complaint we had was the waiter. He had a hard time remembering things like we asked him six times to get sweet and low for the tea.

I swear this place never disappoints. From the service to the food to the drinks….this place is second to none. Absolutely adore the kitchen staff. My friends and I have created our own little appetizer and they know exactly what it is when we come in. Thank you, Waltons for making us family and treating us like it long before.

Ordered some drinks to try and the food. Unsure of what to try and got the smoked meatloaf and spouse got the smokehouse sandwich. The mac n cheese will take you back to when your grandma was alive. The meat was amazingly smoked. The mixed drinks was very good, as well as the cheese fries. New favorite place added to come back, also recommended wearing your ol smokeys moonshine shirt.

Really cool spot. They’ve gotta a wide range of options that are healthy and delicious! I love the eccentric and antique-y decor… makes for a unique atmosphere. Prices are decent. I highly recommend the Yellow Curry and the fried green tomatoes, both were devious! You get free popcorn too!!!
