My wife and I stopped by on a recent Saturday afternoon with a few friends. We were seated at a table, enjoying our food and drinks, and our bill was close to $200 when the manager, Denny Branco, came over and asked us to close our tab and move to the bar. We didn’t want to move, but he gave us no other option.
We explained that we were paying customers, simply eating, drinking, and hanging out—so we didn’t understand why we were the ones being asked to move to make room for others. That kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when our bill was already near $200 and could have easily been $300.
Feeling unwelcome, we packed up our leftovers and decided to leave. Our waitress, who had been wonderful, actually came outside to apologize even though it wasn’t her fault. We told her the manager should be the one apologizing to her, since she ended up losing out on a bigger tip because of his poor decision.
Totally unprofessional management. Unfortunately, I’ve spent a lot of time at this bar over the years—playing pool with the APA league, hanging out with friends, and even supporting them with takeout orders during COVID. But after this experience, we won’t be coming back.

This is a fairly typical, small, local bar. It was clean and nice inside with outdoor, dog-friendly seating outside. Jersey-Devil decor throughout, which was amusing. I would imagine the friendliness of the server would depend on what bartender is working. Ours was maybe having a bad day. I ordered the One More Combo. Half my food was tender, juicy and delicious. The other half was inedible. It was tough as shoe leather. My friend got a shrimp salad and said it was delicious.

I understand it’s a local bar, reviews from locals, but we stopped for lunch and when we walked in it smelled so dirty like stale beer that dried time and time again for years and soaked again. It had a very large menu so we thought that’s a big plus but but considering we figured no one was a chef that actually made the food more like someone hired a cook, they did defrosting and reheating and put onto a plate with so many offerings. We just could not stomach and get past the smell, if the dining area smelled of filth then how clean was the kitchen. We love a good local tavern but this was just sadness. Wish I could say something positive, well ..the bartender, she was pleasant.

Can’t believe I have never reviewed this spot. Usually, they are a 5 star spot, but sadly, the last time I went, the wings I took home were undercooked, and I ordered 10 and only got 6. The food we had at the location was amazing, like usual. Their homemade garlic parm sauce is the best you will ever have, and they give you the whole wing, not just a flat and a drum. They are normally a 5 star spot, so give them a try, and they will not disappoint. I think I just got a bad order. It happens.

Excellent!! Driven by a million times, never stopped in except today on my way home from Atlantic City. Food was sooooo good!! We had the fried green beans first, then a cheesesteak with wiz (delicious) and a steak quesadilla ( totally awesome). And sitting outside was perfect. I cant believe the amount of takeout business was going on, it is apparently one busy place! Will definitely be back again, highly recommend!

Great spot to unwind with beers and cocktails and lots of new friends. Awesome wing sauces (spicy is my favorite). Great bar food menu and everything is delicious. Awesome service and super friendly staff.

Music bingo on Tuesday nights is a vibe. Drinks are made well and the food slaps. This place is on my weekly rotation. Cant recommend them enough.
