Pretty quiet during low-rush hours. The food is what you would typically expect from Panda Express. I would recommend the beef dishes and the rice. The chow mein is very inconsistent here, and most of the time it is too oily to be edible.

Writing this here in the hopes a manager sees it. Every time(for YEARS) that I’ve ordered the large(12) cream cheese rangoons from doordash, I need to ask the dasher to make sure its the right size because if I dont, without fail, I will get a small(3) and am forced to get a refund through doordash support. If you refuse to offer the large, then PLEASE take it off the menu.

The steak in my food was undercooked and chunky so that’s not good. The shrimp is superb. Make sure you request the sweet and sour packets because it’s slamming on the fried rice. Good atmosphere and location. Friendly employees and all but please make sure all food is cooked thoroughly

I was second in line. Four employees socialized by the drive thru window, while noone attended to me, nor the man in front of me. The woman finally addressed him after five minutes (maybe more). When it came to my turn, she simply turned her back and started joking with the kitchen staff. There was no greeting, no apology, no smile, just a flat, “What can I get you?”. The woman made it seem like I was an inconvenience, and interrupting her free time. I tried to get her name from her badge, but after handing me my food, she again flipped around to resume her socializing.⭐Frankly, I’m not sure she would have cared if I served myself. I know the service would have been better!

Ordered food tonight. Got home and realized I was missing something. Then went back home to eat my food and noticed the order was wrong at this point it was past closing time. I called and to my surprise I got someone. They apologized and offered me a credit for lunch tomorrow. I don’t care if a business messes up or gets an order wrong. It’s what they do when they mess up that counts! The manager was very apologetic and nice about it. I really appreciate that and I am not upset just glad they are willing to give me a credit for my next meal! Thank you.

I eat out a lot. Most of the time 4 out of 5 times when I go to this Panda Express I get the same mean mugging Mexican lady. I always am polite in hopes she will do me right but she never does. When one of my plate items is black pepper steak this is what I usually get from her. I sorted out all the broccoli and mushrooms on the top part. I got these 4 tiny pieces of steak and one med size. She always serves me like this but every one else gives me a regular amount. I come here at least 2 times a month for the last 10 years abouts and she has been there for past 3 or more years. I am tired of it I worked 12 hard hours today and am really hungry. I will probably never go back to this location.
