No one is ever at the front to greet guests. I’ve been here a few mornings to grab a soup and a tea but the soups aren’t ever ready or done. An advertisement of “soup times” would be cool.

I eat there so often I have been able to utilize my free $7 multiple times from my app. The environment actually allow for me to work on my laptop in peace as I enjoy my food. Often I have met clients there as well as friends and family for a relaxing meal and conversation. Menu is nice, prices are fair, employees are very nice and attentive to your needs as a customer. Oh, you have to try the Caramel Picanbon!!!.

We do not go here as often, actually from every other week to about once every 6 months. Mainly because of the owners lack of actual customer service. Also, the manager that used to run that place along with her staff are all gone now. Still good kids there so as long as you do not experience Jo, you’ll do fine. Food is still excellent . The new look per franchise is also very good.

Picked up a Medium Deluxe Original Combo ( chips & drink ) and a cinnamon roll,$20.20..
Friendly staff, plenty of parking and a nice seating area outside. After driving to my destination about 1 hour the sandwich was still delicious and tasted fresh, cinnamon roll soft and yummy. Will repeat in the future.. next time I will ask they don’t cut the sandwich, just personal preference and easier to eat from the wrapper.

We have here before and decided to have schlotzsky’s. I ordered the same sandwich always get – medium original with ham and cheese only. The sandwich barely had enough ham to see it. I had asked them to run though the heat twice. Some of the ham was straight from the refrigerator. Absolutely cold with no hint of heat.

walking in at 8:40 pm I asked for a 6 pack of Cinnabons and the cashier she would go to the back to check how many there are left, came back saying they only have 5 & could not complete a 6 pack. Asked her why they were unable to and she says they don’t have anymore. Asked her if they would be able to make some and she said she would go ask, as she was asking I heard a someone literally yell “BECAUSE IT TAKES 30 mins TO MAKE MORE!” (THIS WAS ALICIA THE MANAGER, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) mind you, I was standing in the front and I heard her all the way out to the front. Another employees came out and asked if it was going to just be the 6 pack and I asked her who was the one who just screamed in the back and she said “my manager” & proceeded to tell her it was very unprofessional and she told me she would be right back. I thought the manager would come out and talk to me about it, never did she come out and never did she apologize. This was the most disgusting thing a “manager” could have ever done to a paying CUSTOMER.

This place will have you looking around thinking you’re experiencing a prank by some tiktoker. All the staff has the “it’s my first day” type of attitude. When you order, it seems they forgot they work there. Let’s paint a picture. You walk in, there are no windows. It’s pitch black. But you, and only you have night vision goggles, and you get to see what it’s like to watch them attempt to work a register and cook in the dark. Take a chance. The lines are non existent and there’s plenty of parking. Cheap entertainment at its finest. You will not be let down.

I use to like the food here. However, it has gone down hill. Last night,( between 7 & 7:30 PM 1/12/2021) my Son bought me a bbq chic pizza( which has always been a fav) It was WAY off base. There was so much sauce on it , it was dripping off & the jalapenos ( a TON of jalapenos too) ☺ r all you taste. How much sauce do you need? Yuk! Also, what kind of ‘cheese’ do they use that doesn’t melt?( see pictures ) Not only had they baked it , I have had it in the microwave twice( 30 seconds & then another 30 , in a 1200 Watt microwave) & It never melted.. Concerned over the ‘cheese’ deal. The rest is just yuck!

I can’t comment on food as I never got to order. They were open. Tried the drive thru, but couldn’t get anyone’s attention to take my order. They knew I was waiting. They were not busy. No excuse!
