Worst service ever. As soon as I got to the window the young lady had a horrible attitude only answering in “mhm’s”. I told her I had a code for my food and she said she was ready. I told her the code and she said “mhm”. Yet when I got to the window; there was no fries in the bag. The lady argued with me saying that I could not get the fries. I didn’t get the fries until I argued back with her! Teach your staff how to provide customer service and do their job right! I’m tired of these teenagers pretending they cannot listen. If she didn’t hear the code the first time she should have said so instead of being prideful. Worst service ever! And I got cold fries!

I want to recognize Miss Liz at this McDonald’s. I come here for breakfast regularly(go-to-meal:sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle with a vanilla iced coffee), and she is always genuinely chipper and welcoming. Even on mornings when you can tell she’s exhausted, she still pushes through with kindness, a warm tone, and a little smile. Because of her, I leave with food in my belly and my mood lifted. She absolutely deserves recognition and a raise.

Not sure where to start. Nearly 30 minutes for food. Parking lot full of electric bikes doing wheelies and almost hitting cars coming in. That to go along with rude customer service. Idk if they were having a bad day or what but the gentleman yelled because the kiosk wasn’t working. Like we knew so we placed an order online. He raised his voice again saying “I told you it wasn’t working” knowing he never said online wasn’t working. Then proceeded to ask “what do you want” like we was unconvincing him. A gentleman walked in that had ordered before us and his order was wrong so the lady gave him our order then complained saying “iv already made this order” when we ask for ours. They seemed so annoyed from doing their job. Didn’t even get one sandwich we ordered, one didn’t have something in it that we paid extra for, and then when asked for condiments the gentleman just walked away. And when we got him we noticed the “best by” time on something we ordered was over an hour past. Maybe the worst McDonald experience we have ever seen.

The service sucks. I pulled into the drive thru and I was the first one there. Two cars pulled up in the other lane, and the lady over the speaker was super rude to me. The message said to order when ready, so that’s what I did. She came over loud as ever: “I’LL BE WITH YOU IN ONE MOMENT,” then proceeded to mumble something under her breath — sounded like “shut up” to me honestly. Then she took the cars in the other lane, one who pulled up way after I was there, and then another car pulled up after a few seconds of waiting. Like 3–5 minutes for my order to even be taken, then finally my order was taken.

I don’t know if this location was having a bad morning or if it was the norm. Service took forever with very few customers in the store. Orders were coming out wrong. I saw several people have to come back into the store to get corrections. There was no decaf made at 830 am and so we waited on that to be done. Then, it in no way tasted fresh. I know what old decaf taste like. Hashbrowns were extra crispy more like a big potato chip. I really regretted stopping here.

Worst service ever. I came in at 8:45 and they were trying hard to get us to rush. There was one specific guy that kept shouting at me and my family, he seemed annoyed by us being there, repeatedly shouting “last one”. Never going there again.

I highly recommend going here if you want to do everything yourself, have staff who ignores you and won’t wait on you, and have 30 minutes to waste waiting for your food! They won’t wait on you and MAKE you order at the kiosk. I knew the kiosk wouldn’t allow me to order what I wanted, but I was still FORCED to use it. After that the assistant manager Michelle had to take me to the checkout to help me with my order. I asked to speak to the manager after I’d been waiting with my kids for over 20 minutes to finish my order. I then asked to speak to the manager in charge and they lady came over annoyed. She wouldn’t give me her name, her general managers name or phone number. DO NOT, I mean DO NOT GO HERE! They don’t know what customer service is or do they care about their customers.

We all know “shrinkflation” is a thing but let’s full up a cup at least HALF way up!? See the pictures of the oatmeal that was not only too small, but also so thick that I could hold it upside down AND it could hold a straw! I had to add coffee and ice cubes to it to loosen it up but it was still not that much oatmeal for $3.
