The food was well prepared. Given in a timely manner. Restaurant and bathroom was clean. Employees were Courteous to customers. Food portions were appropriate.

I thought I found a better Wendy’s, but that quickly turned sour.
After eating my children wanted a treat(Ice cream, extra fires and cookies)
We were still at our table and a worker came to our table and started sweeping around our stuff, never said excuse me, never asked if we were done, didnt say a word, just came to our table and started pulling chairs to sweep.
The rude customer service needs to be studied at almost all Wendy’s….

They gave me a bad salad that looks like it’s been sitting out all day. The cheese is warm and melted and the lettuce has wilted. There is water at the bottom of the salad from condensation and looks like it’s just been sitting out of the fridge all day . Don’t go to Wendy’s south holland IL. The night crew have the whole place smelling like weed. I got the salad from the day crew. Just a bad experience. They’re playing a lot at the drive thru window with each other etc. Don’t go to the Wendy’s on 159th. Don’t go to the south Holland IL Wendy’s. I also included photos of the salad.

Certainly was not overly impressed. Nothing particularly grabbed my attention, For two cheeseburgers, a medium fry, and a large drink the order was accurate however a tad on the slow side. Food temperature was good, dining area was clean and kept. Wendy’s is drastically overpriced, the value for the meal just doesn’t add up.

The potato wedges were thin as paper. The French toast sticks were thin and burnt plus I didn’t get any syrup. The sandwich was cold and dry. 0/10 I do not recommend Wendy’s breakfast. I should’ve gotten McDonald’s!

This had to be the most discusting meal I ever ordered. Taco salad with cheese with white stuff on it smashed tomato, and a cup of chili. It looked nasty and tasted nasty, I will never go to Wendy’s again.

They constantly get my food wrong. Why do i have to ask for my food to fresh every time I come. I could deal with that, but at time they still don’t make it fresh. For some reason the barcode scanner so you can receive points never work properly.

It was my cheat day and I wanted that Honey Butter Chicken sandwich from Wendy’s! I couldn’t stop at the one I went to the first time I had that sandwich, detoured! So, I stopped at the one on 159th and ordered the #4! DISAPPOINTED! The biscuit was hard, and the chicken was dry! The wedges was ok. The coffee was lukewarm, not hot! So. I drove back around and showed them the sandwich. They took it back and supposedly made a “fresh” one. Fresh wedges and fresh coffee… Sike! Their second attempt wasn’t any better. They gave me a sandwich that was sitting there just a wee bit less time than the first! They redipped the fries and the coffee still lukewarm! I won’t be back to that one! I gave them 2 stars cause their customer service was decent!

I stopped here with a friend today around 2 or 3 o clock. There was an employee in a gray sweater, I didn’t see her name, but she was yelling at her coworkers. Legitimately SCREAMING at them saying things like “ARE YOU DEAF ARE YOU BLIND!!” It made me and other patrons uncomfortable, so I can only imagine the atmosphere she’s created for her coworkers. I think it’s very important to keep morale up, and having someone like that on your team is very very harmful.

Food was decent. I used my T-Mobile Tuesday app for the free Spicy Chicken. It’s a B rated chicken sandwich. Just enough spice to it for the taste buds. It’s not a Popeyes chicken sandwich but hits the spot.
Had problems with the app but can’t blame the store.
I’m old school and still love the baked potato with sour cream. Can’t go wrong there. This is my first time back to this location in about 2 years and it’s in my town.
Unfortunately, last time I had chili in the afternoon and in my cup of chili was two big pieces of plastic wrapping from maybe the chili packaging and the metal twist closing for a bag. Thank God I didn’t hurt my mouth but a poke but the manager wanted to blame it on the morning crew that was new and probably make the mistake of cutting the chili out the bag wrong.
What’s wrong with that: it was almost 6pm and please don’t tell me that’s the same chili from 10am.
So I won’t get the chili ever again from any location. Just to be on the safe side. 2nd time this has happened at a Wendy’s at another location.
