I am honestly disappointed, because this is the mcoddnalds I go to because it usually has high quality service and fast paced employees, but this time it was just weird. I had ordered a McChicken with extra mayo and the worker puts “no mayo” and then my drink was supposed to be a small and she also put it for a medium which also up charged my total. So I saw the “no mayo” on the screen and asked the worker if she put extra mayo and she hesitated and said that she did put extra mayo. Then I go to the window and they have me pull foward to the front having me waiting ten minutes which I wouldn’t mind because they’re busy, but once I get my food I get the most stalest unseasoned fries and they also forgot my condiments. I’m pretty disappointed.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to bad customer service and food so not go there ! The one in Hidalgo on Jackson always gives me my food fresh look at these old nuggets and fries they gave me !!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience deserves attention. During my visit, the manager Rodrigo on duty provided poor service. My food was served cold, and when I politely brought it to his attention, I was met with attitude instead of an apology or a solution.
I understand that mistakes happen, but professionalism and respect are basic expectations in customer service—especially from management. The experience left a disappointing impression of what should be a welcoming environment. I hope the business addresses this issue and provides additional training in customer care

Chicken sandwiches overloaded with Mayo. They used McDouble Meat and put it in the quarter pounder when they served it to me.
Throws the fry’s ugly in the bag. Manager gets mad when asked for credit when they mess up the order.

It is incredibly sad seeing the service time after time again and nothing changing. Orders are always wrong and if not that these kids attitudes are horrible. As well as management. I called bc they had me waiting 20+ mins for a simple order to then get home and being incorrect and when calling you legit hear them laughing at the reason of my issue. McDonald’s owners need to take accountability for the slack and unprofessional employees they hire now a day. And I know my concerns ain’t going to change anything but man it’s just the saddest thing to see how this new generation is being held accountable for their errors and then when they do get to be in the real world be lost bc they were never taught actually consequences.

Service was fast. But the burritos, hashbrowns and coffee was cold. I took back just the coffee and ask if i could get a new one or at least heat it up. She gave me a new. I asked if she could bring a rag to clean the table cause it was dirty. The place was empty so the tables should have been clean. And she never cleaned the table.

This Mcdonalds has the worst customer service they are rude and lack at doing things correctly. Went through the drive thru and ordered, I had to wait while they prepared my order and didn’t realize until after I left that they gave me a burnt bagel. The least they can do after making you wait is get your order done correctly, NOT BURNT!!

Disappointed in the service today. This was THE McD’s we liked coming to (rather than the one in our hometown, which is about 15 miles away) based on past experiences. Was disappointed in the customer service provided by this afternoon crew; although we saw about 8 employees in conversation by the register areas, and three of them making eye contact with us, nobody greeted us whilst waiting at the register to order.
Only until we voiced our advisement of our presence, did an employee become available.
As professional entrepreneurs, we kindly advised of the importance of portraying outstanding customer service to each person who enters this establishment.
We felt the manner in which the sundae was given to us was a form of retaliation. We did return the product for a fresh sundae, with no apology from employee(s).
Such type of customer service reflects negative credit on the leadership , to include franchise owner, and brand of what is normally considered (and trusted) to be an honorable and noteable business.

Okay I’m not one to leave bad reviews but McDonalds really tested my patience today. I ordered the Hot N Spicy bundle that comes with 4 hot n spicy’s, 20 piece chicken nuggets, and the basket of fries. I got home and didn’t check the order since I had stuff to do. After 15 mins I finally sat down to eat and the fries were brown and weren’t even filled to the top, I got up and went to McDonald’s so they can give me new one’s, they didn’t even apologize. I came back and I opened up a hot n spicy and like 3 pieces of lettuce and a little dot of mayo, I was like what??? I opened another one and a receipt was inside the burger (NOT MINE) with pickles, mayo, ketchup, and lettuce. That’s not what a hot n spicy is, at this point I was so mad because I hadn’t ate anything all day. I opened the third hot n spicy and it was good. But overall 2 hot n spicy’s that came wrong, the basket of fries with a little bit of fries. Horrible experience never going back.
