This is the Gordita sliders I got tonight. While they did replace them, I have to leave a review simply for the fact that they thought this was okay to send out the door. Do better.

i don’t ever leave reviews but something has to change at this location. for years i have been coming to this taco bell and almost every single time i try it again, my order is wrong. i specifically ask for no lettuce and 8/10 times i get lettuce. everyone i know has problems with their order being wrong at this location. i ordered doordash and clearly stated no lettuce on BOTH of my spicy potato soft tacos…i got so much lettuce i couldn’t even pick it off. i also got a different sauce on the tacos that i couldn’t even make out what it was (these always comes with the chipotle sauce). i got no mild sauce in my bag when i asked for 6, and no straw. things have got to change at this location. it’s sad that this has been an ongoing issue for years.

I waited 25 minutes for my order, went up to the counter to ask about it, and was ignored for another 10 minutes. When someone finally spoke to me, they told me my order hadn’t even been started yet. After all that waiting, they finally brought out my food, and two of the tacos were missing. No apology, no effort to fix it quickly, nothing. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at any fast food place.

Yeah waited 25 minutes for food, stood at the front counter for 5 of it. Looked at us, went back to work. Looked at us again, didn’t say anything. Finally said something, they asked us what our order was, they never even looked at it. “Oh, didn’t see that”
It’s a pretty big order so we understood that it would take a little while, but how do you not notice your entire menu being ordered? We finally got our order and were missing our tacos. so heartbroken so mad

Very poor service, and very uncomfortable atmosphere. Specifically the dine in experience is absolutely horrible and the staff doesn’t care how they appear to their customers. They need some extra classes and training in customer service.

I would have given this place higher marks. However yall took away the best chicken. Nuggets around. Put everyone else’s to shame. Then on top of that I dont know what it is with restaurants anymore cause this is the second one this has happened to me at. The other one being whataburger in florence alabama. My girlfriend went in and bout 24.95 worth of food. But yet taco bell charges my card 29.90. I have never seen restaurants do this. Guess im just gonna start carrying cash around with me

This location was busy. I waited a bit and got angry at first until Samantha took my order and did not charge me because of the wait time. She is very professional, polite, wise beautiful and calm. I wish her the best in her career. Now that’s what I call excellent and exceptional customer service.
