Place looks great, but food is not that good.
Pizza its ok, but too thick on the bottom, and not that soft after start getting cold.
The pasta was fatal, olives tasted too old, and too much dressing in it.
Wings were not that bad, BUT WE ORDERED EXTRA RANCH, AND WERE CHARGED 1.80 FOR EACH ONE.
So i think the best think were the onion rings, and the fries.
Even drinks were not that great.
The service was good though.

Delicious food. Had mozzarella sticks (tasted great and they don’t taste like every other restaurant, they don’t seem to be from a common supplier), Chicken Alfredo for me and my wife had Canadian bacon pizza. All of it was delicious as I was able to sneak a piece of her pizza. One of our favorite places to go in the neighborhood

The service was great everyone was friendly with just enough attentiveness. The food was just ok to me we ordered the loaded fries and a 14” supreme pizza. They do offer a variety of special and they also have slots for your enjoyment.

We came in with a group of 8 people to celebrate a coworker’s promotion. The staff would not seat us until 50% of our party was present. We tried to sit at the bar and get comfortable drinking, but it was almost impossible. We could have been drinking at our table and we would have tipped obviously. When we had 50% of the party present, we had to wait another 7 minutes for the tables to be pushed together. We were all waiting by the bar wondering why the tables weren’t already ready since we had a reservation in for 4pm. The whole restaurant was empty at this point. There were only a couple occupied tables. We finally had our table at 4:20pm and when we ordered, the order was incorrect. The waitress put in another pizza to correct the issue, but it leaves a bad feeling. The food was amazing, but unfortunately all the rules made me disappointed in the experience. I would recommend not having work parties at this location since having people arriving at different times is a problem.

Good variety of specialty pizzas with gluten free options! I visited with 25+ friends on a Wednesday night and no problem accommodating our big party. Paisans offers a party meal with set price, endless appetizers for parties of 25 or more, but we opted not to use. Great wings, salads and pizzas at Paisans. We ordered thin, thick, and deep dish varietys and e joyrd them all. Staff attentive with multiple visits that kept us fed, and beverages coming. Great location for large family gatherings with excellent service.

Our favorite one is in Berwyn. We were in the Oak Lawn area and decided to try it. It was great. Customer service was great. Greeted and seated after a short wait. Our waitress was on point and food came out fast. As delicious as Berwyn location. Music always good too.

The food is delightful! To put it nicely, the service is subpar at best. It took over an hour for us to receive our appetizers, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Our actual server was extremely friendly and attentive, but the food runner was nowhere to be found. When he finally surfaced, he appeared to be “higher than a kite” and hardly said a word when bringing our various dishes to the table. Despite this, we greatly enjoyed our late lunch and will return soon. Paisans is a definite must-try!

First time visiting this location since I have a closer one by where I live, but was around the area so decided to stop by. It was a weekend so I expected it to be busy but my server Bianca was great! Took really good care of us! Couldn’t have asked for a better service! The food and atmosphere was great! Definitely recommend it!
