This store is awesome! Good quality is usually top tier. I’ve purchased and they were fresh and not greasy!
The only reason for 3 star was the wait time. One car held up the line. When I arrived no cars, after the 10 minute wait there were 4 cars in back of me.

The drive through ordering portal is my only complaint. It seems like the audio quality on both ends is poor. I’ve had communication issues on several occasions. At least they have a screen showing your order but it doesn’t always seem to be working.

I’m a frequent visitor to this Jack in the Box location. The food is consistently prepared well, but late-night visits can be frustrating due to long wait times, often caused by a surge of DoorDash and Uber Eats orders. Additionally, there’s often a noticeable presence of homeless individuals both around and inside the establishment, which can make the atmosphere feel a bit uncomfortable at times.

Ordered two of the Gremlins meals shortly after they came out. We did not receive our air fresheners, when we asked the employee said the manager took them home for the night (Weird). Went back the next day, and they said they no longer sold them. Now another location is saying they aren’t selling them.

6/3/24- I paid $82.46 for one #6 small meal, one #10 small meal & four #4 small meals all 6 with curly fries. The fries was cold and old then I get all the way home and the GAVE ME ONE LESS CHEESE BURGER ON THE #4 I WAS PISSED BECAUSE IT WAS FIR MY KIDS AND I they wouldn’t answer there phone. I was using a ride so I had no ride back. Very very upsetting !!!!
1/1/24-OMG Marissa at this Jack in the Box has wonderful customer service I went I inside because I had coupons she rung me up 2 separate transactions so I could use all of my coupons she is great. The whole staff was in a happy mood with cute “Happy New Year” hats
4/24/23-I always get the 13 the chicken is always moist and juicy gave it a four stars because this is the first time I had to wait 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru which is weird because usually we order and we get the food and literally 3 minutes but today was 20 minute wait don’t know why

Took 20 minutes just for someone to take an order at the drive thru so we pulled up to order at the window and watched as the car that pulled up behind us was able to order their food within minutes. Then we pull up to the window and Mercedes and grisela were just laughing and joking around at the window surprised that we haven’t ordered tells us to park in front in the sun like we haven’t already been waiting JUST to order. Yet receipt says savanna and when asked oh she works the night shift yet her names on the receipt. Pretty shady service. Ordered junior jumbo jack with cheese and open the burger and there’s no cheese. So orders can’t even be taken correctly either

Usually always the same but this time was not good at all! 8 tacos-all were burned. Some had sauce, some did not. Some had cheese, some did not & to top it off really long wait time. The cashier came to the window 3 extra times each time telling me we are just waiting for your tacos, just waiting on those tacos, waiting for the last 2 tacos, like they were all going to be fresh…huh, that they were not!

I live nearby and the security tower is way too loud, and frequently goes off all day and night. I called and asked for the manager and they refused for me to speak with them. I really need the tower volume lowered because it echos into my home.

Gotta love the jack in the box it’s my most eaten meal when in California got some eggs scrambled with cheese and a couple of hash browns my man got some eggs and cheese croissants. Absolutely delicious I love the crispyness of the hash browns I got a regular hot coffee this time it was drinkable but not my favorite. The staff was extra nice he rang up and extra coffee and made a new receipt so I wouldn’t get over charged, very nice
