Using the app I was able to place the order ahead of time. Another benefit was getting bonus points that will add up to free meals. It’s almost better using the app. The wait was less than 10 minutes. By the time I got there I waited shortly before they called my name and handed me my food. The entire staff were all laughing and having a good time. That made me confident that the employees where happy to be there. I would definitely come back here and would recommend coming here.

I was a pretty disappointed after I received my taco bell order. I placed an online order and added a few packets of avocado verde salsa which you pay extra for. Picked up my order inside and they didn’t put the packets in there. I also ordered a quesadilla. The first half I wasn’t tasting much meat. I opened up the second half and I find literally 2 tiny pieces of steak. I paid extra to have steak on it and there was literally like no steak. It cost my $8 for this and there’s barely any meat which I paid extra for? I don’t understand why taco bell is getting so expensive and then the quality isn’t there. I could go to an authentic place to get a quesadilla for close to taco bell price and it’d be 2x the size and stuffed. Just very disappointing.

Your typical Taco Bell nothing special about it and the inside was about as cold and sterile as the rest of the Taco Bells. The food to me is below subpar and I’d rather go to a Qdoba or you can get a far better burrito or tacos for the exact same price and the food is a lot healthier.
The staff at this location seemed friendly enough. They were your typical apathetic unemotional teenagers working at your typical fast food restaurant where they have the attitude that they be happier doing something else somewhere else.

What is so hard to understand about no cheese in a burrito? If I’m paying for a side of guacamole, the tiny cup should be more than half full. No joke half of the cup was empty. So disappointing.

Probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever visited. Usually I’ll not leave a negative review but they are consistent with the lack of value, lack of order accuracy, and filling an order with whatever they have left on-hand rather than explaining they are out of something. The management and ownership of this particular location is beyond terrible, the bar is already pretty low when it comes to Taco Bell but this store still manages to be shockingly bad. Tonight the store was apparently understaffed to the point that they couldn’t complete hardly any orders, the drive thru was almost wrapped around the store but you better believe they’ll take your money regardless. Stop being greedy and turn off your online ordering if cant have the staff to meet basic requirements. This review is not a reflection of the staff, it is result of how little upper management understands what it takes to provide an environment where acceptable customer service is possible.
