I was not expecting such delicious bar & grill food but that what I got! The steak sandwich was tasty and the Mac and cheese was also very flavorful and original. Also tried the build your own old fashioned which was crafted with care and detail. It was so good we went back the next night for a night cap. The atmosphere is very casual and they have tvs everywhere with sports on.

Stopped in with some work colleagues for lunch and found the place to be very enjoyable. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The young lady taking our orders did a great job keeping track of everything and ensuring we were all satisfied. The food was delicious. Not a single person in our group had a negative thing to say about their dish! The interior is well decorated and provides a welcoming feeling. There is also some neat swag to purchase if you want to remember your visit (I did)!

I felt compelled to leave a review after i experianced such a good time here thanks to our server, i came with my wife and kids, we were given a warm greeting right away and seated by a very sweet server with long blond hair, our food came out fairly fast given the amount of people that were there, I ordered fish and chips and they were good but slightly overcooked, my wife got a dragon chop salad and loved it!, the wait staff seemed to have a lot on there plate but our waitress never failed to stop and ask if we needed anything, despite how much she was helping us we notice that she was always smiling and stopping for people any time she didnt have dishes in her hand, we need more service like this in the food industries.
I feel as though i should have gotten her name but it slipped our minds but I will definitely be telling people about this experiance!

Stopped in at Red Monkey Downtown Grill during a trip through Walla Walla and had a great overall experience. The vibe is laid-back but clean, and the service was attentive without being overbearing.
The food was solid—well-prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. That said, if you’re coming in looking for bold spice or heat, you might want to ask for extra sauce or seasoning on the side. Dishes could use a bit more kick to match the energetic feel of the space.
One suggestion for the kitchen: the salads could be more thoughtfully composed. The ratio of greens to dressing was a bit off—plenty of dressing, but not quite enough toppings or variety in the mix to balance it out.
Still, Red Monkey gets it right where it counts: quality ingredients, decent portions, and a welcoming atmosphere. Worth the stop, especially if you’re exploring downtown Walla Walla. Would return.

It was a nice family friendly bar with lots of screens for watching sports. The menu had some a great selection of foods, like burgers, sandwichs and tacos. I had the dynamite tacos and my son had the king king burger. Both were very flavorful and fresh.

The food was solid overall. I had a pulled pork sandwich that hit the spot, while my lady friend had a burger that gave her a bit of a stomach ache—though we’re sure it wasn’t the restaurant’s fault. Despite that, the experience was still enjoyable. Bella, our server and bartender, was excellent—friendly and attentive throughout.

Their burgers are great, I really enjoyed it. The gluten free bun is good but crumbly which is pretty typical. The seating is odd. My husband and I sat at a booth on the column. Our food arrived as a party of 9 came in with a bunch of children, our server moved several tables over by us and the party was so packed in that I was sharing a seat with a man that kept leaning back into me. It seemed like an inconvenient place to seat them when there were other tables and chairs that could have given all of us more space. Our waitress seemed very scattered and overwhelmed. She was kind but forgot several things. And our water glasses had thick crumbs stuck to them like they hadn’t been washed. Quite disappointing ):
