This is what we got from Grayson McDonald’s. Forgot half our stuff and red meat on our burgers. Plus the manager told us we were lying that our food was done. After paying $80 and had to throw it all away. We won’t be back.

This restaurant use to be amazing the food was always fresh and hot and the service was great but since new management has taken over fries are always stale and cold half the time you can’t get McCafé drinks burgers and nuggets are dry and hard and since when does ordering a hamburger come with cheese on it I mean seriously it was in a hamburger wrapper with the order receipt stuck to it saying no cheese. The lady taken orders in the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful told us we couldn’t do multiple mobile orders we had to come in which I feel if I took the time to order online ahead, you shouldn’t be telling no one they can’t get their order through the drive thru unprofessional. If you don’t like morning service the pick a different shift customer service is everything in this industry and if you have poor social skills, this is a job is not for you.

Service is hit and miss. We went once when there was an assistant general manager and it was the worst then. The manager was rude and rushing. He didn’t take his workers requests seriously, brushed them off and came off rude. The one worker who was really nice and went out of their way has since left. Honestly probably due to that manager. The food is ok but all mcdonalds food anymore is just ok and overpriced. I mainly go for my kid to play in the play place and I hate that they downsized it so much.

I love coming here because they have a play place. It is a little small but perfect if you have smaller kids and I love that it is separates from the normal dining area so kids can run around freely.

So the reason I’m giving this place a one star is because they messed up my Quarter pounder, didn’t give me my drink, and didn’t give me Sauces for my nuggets. But the biggest reason is while waiting for my food I watched the table person that puts the food together take off their hat and with gloves on full on tidy up their hair, then without changing gloves make people’s food. That is Disgusting will not be back.

I ordered in the drive through. McChicken and Cheeseburger. Total $5.01. That’s not the issue…
Could hardly understand person on the speaker and had to ask a couple times to repeat. Pulled to window they opened the window with no “hello”, etc. Just $5.01. I gave them $10.01. They opened window and handed me my change without saying a word. I said, “Thank you”…(no response).. I said, “Thank you”…(No response)… I tapped on the window and when they opened it I again said “Thank you”. They replied, “Yeah”….
It’s terrible that this is what qualifies as satisfactory customer service now…

you guys really need to start paying attention to your guys orders!! Im sick and tired of going through telling them not to put something on my burger and they do it anyway!! It even says it on the bag “no cheese and extra pickle” but when I open my food box, what do I see!?! either start doing your job or don’t get one at all! How would you like it if someone did that to your food?! Both of my orders are WRONG!! DO YOUR JOB!.
