While I think some reviewers here with just a couple of reviews may have valid points, but my experience at this Jack in the Box was entirely different from their subpar/poor experience and I want to make that clear. Also, mind you that these fast food workers now have THREE spots to fulfill orders for: Drive-Thru, Take-outs pick up in Parking space, and indoor carry-out.
I hadnt been to Jbx in some years and I had my doubts from reading some recent reviews for this location but I’m glad that I went because these ladies delivered above and beyond. I wasnt sure if I can still drive thru after using mobile app but they were kind to lead me to parking space (I shouldve paid attention to my app because it says where to go).
I’ve already ordered twice in the same week and my Munchies Meal was hot and fresh and delicious each time. First time, I forgot to order sauces with my order and the kind lady put them in bag and met me at drive through.
Oh and by the way, Have you tried their High Mountain Arabica Roast coffee? I would even go here just for coffee because it’s brewed to perfection. Arabica beans to me, is better coffee than Robusta beans (these are two most popular beans and its more difficult to find Arabica beans at big box stores). You can switch out your soda in your meal to coffee at no extra cost.
Lastly, app is very good and easy to use and you get rewards points and deals so get the app for easy fast ordering! This location is very easy to get in and out of from Bridgeport Way and Drive-thru route has been great.

First impressions are everything! First time at this location was today and definitely my last. Ordered two simple meals and they gave me some old food. I drove pretty far out before looking at my food but it was nasty. Curly fries were old and hard. Ultimate cheeseburger was old and hard as well! Chicken nuggets were super hard and super hot. The cook and quality control definitely did not take place today. I was disappointed that people would actually put this out to the public. If you want fresh food don’t go to this location. Cant really tell from pictures but I definitely will not go to this location again.

I came here a week or so ago and I placed an order, at the drive through I asked if they could add on a sandwich. The employee then manager told me no that I would have to circle around to the drive through to place a separate order for that item. Mind you no one was behind me. I decided to come back again today and I received a moldy sandwich. I am pregnant so although they offered to remake it I didn’t want to risk it so I got a refund instead especially considering the other complaints about receiving old food left in the reviews.

We ordered via drive thru quickly, but they make you pull around to the front of the restaurant to wait for your food.
They do this to up their stats on how fast they get the orders out. Cheating and hopefully ciro sees they can’t make a burger that fast!

Should of known that this location was going to be bad since literally no one was there getting any food but I didn’t expect my supreme sandwich to be 2 half pieces of bacon and 1 thin sliced deli ham that’s like green tinted and so smooshed up. The lady taking my order could not here me at all when I felt I was speaking clearly got rude when I was confirming what came on the sandwich my jalapeno poppers were cold and not good but definitely not getting food here at this location again .

Thanks Lakewood Bridgeport Way late night crew. I’m home now, full and had to tell you thar you made my monster tacos perfect. Same for my Double Bonus Jack combo and I appreciate being able to pay only .50 cents to get curly fries. They were crispy & tasty.
Great deals and yes, I was hungry I just recently found out that you were open until 2 a.m. It’s time for you to go home so kudos to great teamwork and I’ll be back. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

The food is okay for the price. Interior is very clean and cozy. Have a large multi soda machine next to counter that’s self serve. Staff was quick and polite. Recommend ordering online if you live close. The food was made to order which was a nice touch. The staff always makes sure to ask if you want extra sauce packets. I appreciate their hard work and how clean the inside of the store was. Would of rated lower but you can tell the staff works hard to keep the interior well maintained. To include the kitchen. You can see back in there and everything looked very well kept. Props to the employees

Sat there for 32 minutes in the drive through at 11pm #2 in line. 24 minutes of that was at the drive through ordering speaker although I had ordered through the mobile app. Finally got to the ordering window after 29 minutes of silence for my order of 3 tacos. After talking through what was not my order I received mine. What should of been (6) total crunchy tacos was 6 very very mooshy under cooked soggy tacos which should of paired well with the 2 ranch 2 sriracha ranch and 2 taco sauces instead disgustingly did not pair with the 2 “honey mustard sauce”s. Aren’t these tacos on a timer? Almost 30 minute wait and they were even crunchy, my bag was taped shut and they screed up my sauces. It’ll be no surprise when all the Jack n the boxes shut down, poor service, over priced food and absolutely garbage quality of food. Would NOT recommend. This is after I stupidly waited for $6 worth of food being “patient”

I had ordered the chicken teriyaki rice bowl and it was actually undercooked and caused me to have stomach issues later that day. My meal came with a drink and the server just filled a cup and after taking another persons order she left it sitting on the counter….with no straw and walked away. Both me and the guy that ordered had no idea who’s it was. When asking about the drink she seemed annoyed and again walked away and about 10 minutes later came back with a 2nd drink again with no straw. Whwn I asked again she bleatged out heavy as if we were bothering her.
