Love it! Use the app we ordered literally right outside the drive-thru got in the Drive-Thru gave him our order number. We had two people in front of us. We sat and waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru for food we ordered on the we had one car pull up next to us. They ordered. They then backed out and left . We now have about eight cars behind us. Finally get to our food,. Give us somebody else’s order we correct them. They tell us that happens all the time. I wonder why? They give us part of our order. They redo fries because they realize they’re cold. However, they do not redo the hamburgers that have been sitting there for over 40 minutes. So those are ice cold. This is the third time now. We have gone to a Burger King, not this one’s specifically, which is why I will no longer go to Burger King at all that when you order on their app, you go to their drive-thru and tell him you’re there to pick up your order. They hand it to you with ice cold burgers, ice, cold fries and maybe with the drinks. Or maybe with the ice cream you’ve ordered. Burger King has some work to do and they have lost business. Because of this I will not be coming back! When I contacted them about the issue they told me that there was profanity so they closed the complaint ticket. There was no profanity. They didn’t want to give me a refund. They didn’t want to deal with it. The Burger Kings I have visited and I no longer will because of this issue are on 72nd and Portland and 38th and pine.

There burgers are so small, paid $6 for the new steak whopper and they gave it to me in a whopper jr size. Also it took 35 mins to get my food through the drive thru last time.

I am genuinely impressed with how bad this burger king is. I LITERALLY spent almost an hour here waiting for my mobile order. How can you have a car sitting in the drive thru, at the menu, and let the other lane literally let something like 5 other cars go without checking the other lane. I literally said multiple times that I was still waiting and haven’t been checked yet but I guess they can’t hear or don’t bother to actually check anything? So, I not only wasted LITERALLY 40 minutes (no, this is not an exaggeration) in the drive thru. Actually insane. From the time I put in the order 16:28 to the time I went through the drive thru the first time and got to the window. 17:09. I parked and came in at 17:11. Didn’t get my food 17:14 and left until 17:16. Quite literally 12 minutes away from being there for an hour.
Of course, the food had just been sitting out for however long, so all the fries, onion rings, etc. were all barely warm. By the time I got home everything was cold lmao. Also most of the order was incorrect or wrong as well. The “spicy” wraps weren’t spicy. Not in the “oh I need carolina repear to consider it spicy”, like there was no spicy sauce whatsoever. The wrap said “sp” – which I think meant spicy? But there was just the wrap, chicken, tomato, lettuce and some regular generic mayo. Maybe they ran out of the spicy stuff I don’t know but it was literally nonexistant. My wifes bacon swiss royal tasted just … Bad. No real other way to put it. The only thing she was able to eat was the onion rings. The whoppers were ok I guess? But very soggy and the lettuce tasted bad. But overall, a giant waste of $45.84.

Who the heck eats here? This is worse than school lunch food which costs less than $3. These are the stalest chicken nuggets, the blandest burger, and the most inconsistent fries I’ve ever had. It’s literally trash.

I ordered my food off doordash and as per usual with doordash the order was messed up service was 5/5 when I got there. The girl at the window was great the manger fixed my food but the fact that I had to go to the store with my food says a lot more about the service. I rarely have bad orders when I order in person but its everywhere I door dash from the order is messed up in some way each order should be the same whether the customer is there to check the order or not. Sometimes mistakes happen im but 9 out of 10 doordash orders are wrong everywhere I will fix my review when this issue is resolved. Also the manager but the bbq sauce under the cheese so now I have a hot rodeo burger with cold cheese.

This isn’t the best or the worst Burger King out there. It beats the one I went to in Portland, OR a few months back hands down. Sometimes the lines are long usually between 6 am and 9am then again between 1130 am to about 1 pm but between 430 pm and 7 pm it can be a nightmare of waiting in a long line. At least it’s been my experience that they don’t usually mess up my order or forget to give me what I paid for but I imagine it does happen people are people after all. So with a bit of patience and a deaf ear to those passing by asking for some sort of hand out, (it’s no worse than anywhere else in that area), it’s a nice place to fork out a good amount of cash (nowadays) and have a meal with the family or friends.

this has to be the slowest fast food restaurant in Tacoma. They either get your order wrong and you’re waiting for 30 minutes or they get your order wrong and you’re waiting for 30 minutes. It appears they’re more interested in standing around talking and laughing then serving the customers the girl with the blue hair has the worst attitude and disposition. I don’t know if she’s being held at gun point to work there, but obviously this isn’t where she wants to work. The last time this door was ran properly was when the older Samoan woman worked full-time it’s going downhill.

Horrible customer service. I ordered in the drive thru and the lady that took my order was rushing me and breathing heavily out of frustration. My order was simple so i guess she was having a bad day and decided id be her punching bag. I mentioned my concerns to a manager and she glared at me and said “We are the busiest Burger King in Tacoma”. There was only two cars in the drive thru. My order was incorrect and I did not feel comfortable to take it back. I will not be returning and recommend anyone in that area to visit any of the many other options in the area.

I went to order breakfast Is I spoke to the person in Drive through I ordered 2 double sausage croissant sandwiches. I only had one sausage on it and I asked to have it with no cheese. They put cheese on it when I came back through to let him know. They were very rude and said. I didn’t say that so I just will avoid it. The food isn’t that good anyhow. It’s not good for me
