10/10 Experience at Princeton Station – Chelmsford
I want to give a huge two-thumbs-up to Matt (Manager) and Nick (Server). I go out often and try different restaurants, and I can honestly say Nick is one of the best servers I’ve ever had — incredibly attentive, personable, and great to talk with.
I had a special diet request, and both Matt and Nick went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. They didn’t just accommodate me — they made my day.
I ordered the ribeye with salmon, and my guest had the filet. Both dishes were outstanding.
Highly recommend this place. Excellent service, great food, and phenomenal staff.
10/10. Will definitely be back!

It’s a very large restaurant with huge bar and banquet areas. Nice decor and tables/chairs.
I’ve developed an opinion that if a restaurant is packed with elderly customers (like this place was today) then generally the food isn’t good. We later learned it was a college reunion taking advantage of the ample space and service.
Calamari was good, perhaps losing its batter too much, and we asked for a side of their Bayou sauce which was a good addition. Wedge salad was excellent perfect cheese to dressing ratio. Stuffed haddock was fresh and huge and burger was also great and cooked perfect.
My only complaint was the fries, but so what!
Dine with confidence here. Princeton Station is much better than their Google rating.

I did like the food but if you do go to this place don’t go late because the servers wont be pleasant and I understand customer service is not easy but customer service is always number one even if the customer maybe a little complicated

I’ve been here many times and enjoy it. They have excellent food and big portions! The stuffed mushrooms with cheese are amazing, I forgot to take a pic of them .
It was fairly busy when we arrived with a large event going on in one of the rooms. The hostess forgot to tell our server that we were there, so by the time we said something and she came over, we were able to order drinks, apps, and our meals. The service was slower than usual, though, despite seeing plenty of empty tables. I think the event and a couple of large groups were really slowing down the kitchen.
I gave a 3 for the atmosphere because it really struck me this time how bad the acoustics are. There was a large party in the same room as us, about 20 feet away. They were pretty loud and obnoxious with lots of yelling and swearing. Every sound reverberated, I could barely hear myself talk, let alone my family.
I’ll definitely be back, but if I see a similar seating situation, I’ll ask to be placed elsewhere.

I was there for a funeral luncheon. Parking very tight. My car was scraped although I left enough room. Food was good. Deserts provided could have been better. Salad dressing one choice. Bar provided was excellent. Servers went more than out of the way to provide.

Sat at the bar for dinner never again. Service was miserable. Had to ask for every little thing. Can I have silverware, a napkin? Can I have some salt and pepper? Do you have steak sauce? How about some ketchup? Maybe ask me if everything is okay or if id like another drink or refill my water??! Their food is pretty good in general. Prices are high for what you get. Bar is way too loud and along with a drunk group of patreons who definitely appeared to be over served (as they to order more drinks) to enjoy eating in the bar area.I suggest eating in the restaurant for better service and a more relaxing atmosphere. I have enjoyed eating in their restaurant and we booked a shower there in the past which went well.

We had the seafood stuffed mushrooms which were very tasty, we followed that with the surf and turf, easily shared between 2 people. Pork chops and baked haddock with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. Chops were cooked nicely as was the haddock. All the sides were good too. Pretty busy as there was a comedy show later that night. Staff was prompt and friendly. Only thing that knocked down a star was $4 for a club soda, that’s steep. Otherwise I would recommend.

Surprisingly it wasn’t crowded on Memorial Day. We seated ourselves at the bar where we had excellent service. My turkey club was processed deli meat. My husband enjoyed his reuben. Initially he feared it would be rubbery yet was decent quality corned beef.

Salads are all fresh & plentiful, the appetizers are all delectable, so you can’t go wrong.
We have had chicken piccata, baked haddock as well as baked scalloped dinners & have never been disappointed.
Servers are all knowledgeable of the menu & serve with such up beat personality.

In my 10 years of being in a big family we ALWAYS have issues with our meals because there is 13+ of us! It’s sometimes expected. Today I was completely impressed with the service from here. Our server Tiffeny was beyond amazing!!! Didn’t miss a beat and was so polite! Thank you for the wonderful dining experience! We will be back for sure! && of course the food was delicious! Only took photos of my husband and I’s food. The surf and turf was a fav and the fries were hot and crunchy and smooth.
