My husband and I just left Friendly’s and had such a good time! Our server Jenn was great, very attentive and even gave a suggestion on my ice cream no one had ever offered before, and I can’t wait to try it! We loved our food (who doesn’t like a classic grilled cheese?!) and it came out faster than we expected. Overall, it was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back, and we hope to get Jenn again as our server! Thanks for giving us a fun date night on our night off of work:)

I received an order with the ice cream placed sideways in the bag, and some of it spilled!! On top of that the courier pressed the thumbs up on my phone claiming it was a good delivery. I think there needs to be more consideration given to customers in order for the couriers to be more respectful, and not take their jobs for granted.

What fun! Went to Friendly’s on Labor Day, and our server Megan took great care of us. She totally indulged my inner child who has fond memories of going to Friendly’s as a kid when visiting Long Island.
The Shark Water soda was unavailable… so i was kindly offered a Worm Water instead!
The food was delicious.. I had the honey BBQ chicken with yummy coleslaw, and my friend had the captain’s platter, which I sampled!
Shoutout to Bri who kindly stopped to answer a quick question I had as I was trying to make up my mind about dessert.
I went with the mini cones for dessert – just a perfect amount of ice cream and refreshingly tasty (and my friend couldn’t resist sampling either )
The only thing missing was the watermelon sherbert cake from my childhood; hopefully I will find it again one of these days!

Friendly’s is pretty consistent. If you have been there before, you know the experience. This particular time we had a great server. She was wonderful. Your waitress makes a difference in your experience. Her smile actually made the food taste better. We didn’t get anything fancy. In order of grilled cheese and French fries and I had a fishanajig and french fries. She told me she was going to give me a senior order so I can get a free happy ending sunday. My order was the same size as the kids meal on the table. Very small sandwich and a small order of fries. I’m not complaining because I need to cut down fried food anyhow. It just wasn’t what I expected. I know, I’m probably the only one that order is fish from a place like this. I do not eat red meat. Be aware there’s not a lot of choices if you don’t eat or chicken. Speaking of chicken, I was two chicken to try the tuna

Great service, good food, classic Friendly’s atmosphere. I had my favorite menu item, the Fishamajig Sandwich, my wife had the Bacon Cheeseburger Platter while my mom had the Clam Chowder/ BLT soup and 1/2 Sandwich special.
We were all happy with our food and thrilled with the service.

If stepping back into the sixties somewhere in middle-America is your jam; this is the place for you. Predictable fare with some pretty incredible ice cream creations served up by an affable competent staff. The counter staff when ordering to-go, is also very friendly (no pun intended) and amiable.

My family and I have been coming here for my entire life. I placed an order for pick up tonight. The two adult meals are not correct. Each ice cream we got is also missing toppings. I really did not want to go all the way back there after I got home. I understand it gets busy and it’s new years eve however it’s unacceptable to have this many errors.

I ordered to go for 8 plus deserts and a coffee fribble, which i needed after a long hospital shift. I ask the guy at the counter, are you sure all the orders are in the bags, he said “yes.” Drove home, the fribble fell, and 1 person did not get their order. I drove back, asked the same guy what happened? He said “I don’t pack, I don’t know!” And walked away, refused to help. I said nothing about the fribble only the missing meal when the next person came to my 3 minutes later. Too bad, I really love friendlys. Great memories there before these uncaring, younger staff.

Massapequa has been a busy staple here. Sadly many locations have closed over the yesrs but this old diner building is always busy day and night surprisingly its not open til 2am or 24 hours the high-volume friendlys it has alwsys been. Definitely needs a face-lift on the inside its dated
