The place was sparkling and felt so inviting, which was a great start. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience. Nice food, recommended by the couple I was meeting. Plentiful quantities. Servicer understood we were not in a rush, but still kept an eye out. We didn’t get or need reservations but we eat early. Chips and salsa kept full.

Seeing a few negative reviews about my all time favorite restaurant and that’s a huge no no lol. But in all seriousness, I’ve been coming to Los Perez for over 10 years now (I’m 24) and they have never failed at making me feel like part of their family. All the waiters/staff are extremely nice, even if one of them isn’t your server they will still check on you. This is me and my boyfriends date night spot every two weeks so we’ve become regulars but even before that they’ve always been the most down to earth people to dine with.
The food is always amazing & hot and don’t get me started on the margaritas! They are very reasonably priced & if you get the large I promise you won’t need another! If you’re wanting basic tex-mex maybe don’t come here. However, if you want authentic Mexican cuisine, this is THE spot. We will forever dine here.

I’ve been coming to Los Perez Mexican Restaurant for over 25 years, and it’s still our family’s favorite spot! The food and service have always been excellent. Whenever we’re in the mood for margaritas and fajitas, we always say, “You know where we’re going — Los Perez!”
A special mention to Javier, the owner — he always welcomes us with such a friendly and warm attitude. It truly makes every visit feel like we’re part of the family.

For them to automatically put a tip on their tickets when people pay separately is outrageous! A tip should be according to a customer’s satisfaction not a mandatory payment to their staff. In my opinion that is stealing! As for the food it is ok except for carne quisada… Meat is very tough. As for alcoholic beverages. Prices are astronomical! $17 for a margarita! Wow!

I have been coming to this place for years and always ask for Lino. His service is always exemplary. They are always happy to make food as you like it ordered. Even when I make a mistake and try something new that isn’t my favorite, Lino never lets me go home empty-handed. He always make sure that everybody gets what they like and if not he does everything in his power to make sure everyone is happy and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this place and feel free to ask for my friend Lino.

Great food, prices and service provided by Maria G. They have a two page lunch menu I enjoyed No. 25…..sizzling beef fajitas, came with rice, beans and pico de gallo, the ‘fitas came with grilled onions, guacamole, bell pepper and half a lime…. flour tortillas were very good. My wife had the combo enchiladas and asked for one ground beef and one chicken, she loved the charro beans and I got refried. We both had coffee and water with our meals. When we’re in this area we’ll definitely be back.
