I don’t know much about French bakeries in Seattle but this was a very nice and chill spot to get a light breakfast. The food was so detailed and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. I hope to return here when I’m back in town. I don’t have any suggestions or recommendations for making the food better than it already is. This was good stuff.

Truly Excellent French-Style Bakery and Coffee

This is an absolute must-visit for anyone who appreciates high-quality baked goods. The selection of bread and pastries here is superb. Having visited local bakeries in Paris last year, I can confidently say the quality and flavor profile here are nearly identical.
Everything I tried was exceptionally well-made. Both the bread and the pastries are of seriously high quality.
As a bonus, the coffee flavor is also very good—a balanced and flavorful pairing for the baked items.
This place is highly recommended if you’re looking for an authentic and high-end bakery experience.

Feels like we’re in Paris! The lady who helped us was so very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and enjoyed our food so very much! The granola was unique, unlike anything I’d ever had with some small pieces of meringue in it. Very delicious! The eggs were super fresh.

Went multiple times and there was always a line. And the food lives up to that expectation. Although in general my go to order is either a pain au chocolat or a croissant, the vanilla canneles here are unmatched. The best I’ve had out of France. The pain au chocolat and croissant is also really good quality as the owner is french, the berry pastries not my personal favorite. Looks like a good brunch place too.

Truly one of my favorite bakeries! Their croissants are absolutely to die for—especially my favorite, the almond croissant. The staff is always amazing, and they offer a great variety of fresh bread and bakery options. Highly recommend!

This cute cafe is perfectly located, just a short 5-minute walk from the Space Needle. It’s spotlessly clean inside and offers a nice amount of seating, making it a great stop for a break.
The staff here truly elevates the experience—they are warm and welcoming.
Their case is filled with a dazzling array of delicious and fun bakery and dessert items, all offered at a decent price.
What We Tried & Loved:
The “Almost Croissant”: Highly recommend this! It’s expertly made, delivering a delightful texture: crunchy and waffery on the exterior, yielding to a soft, flaky interior. The scattering of almond flakes adds to the flavor and crunch.
The Belgian Chocolate Croissant: A great choice for chocolate lovers.

Elegant ambience. The almond croissant was stunning. Mt raininer was too good – extremely tasty with right sweet, sourness and texture.

I lived a long while in NY, and there are a few bakeries that rival what I had out there. I believe the naysayers who have negative reviews just don’t have very good taste.
I think the locals have a warped sense of what good coffee really is. Also, if you’re going to dine in, expect it to be crowded because it’s a bakery that is serving lots of food to take out—this is very common for bakeries!
Now— onto the food and my perspective of service! This is hands-down, some of the best coffee I’ve had in the states. I don’t know what they’re doing, but it is just exquisite. That cappuccino was perfection. I cannot tell you how many times I get cappuccinos that are so darn sweet, coffee in general everywhere is too sweet. I could taste the flavor and it was so perfectly balanced. I love all the pastries. I’ve had so far— and I get different ones almost every time I go. The balance of crunch and fluff and fruits, it is just so damn good. Those little almond crunch cookies, whatever they are called, in cappuccino is simply amazing.
Service is very straightforward to the point, which honestly felt just fine to me, like I said New York. They normally have a line out the door and need to keep things moving.
I personally like to dine in because these are best eaten fresh in the bakery. These types of pastries do not keep well into the evening, so enjoy them fresh! I tried to bring all traveling friends and family.

I happen upon this fantastic little bakery while biking around Seattle visiting after many years. What a delightful experience. I felt like I was in Paris. A glass of sparkling wine, a small pastry and two macaron. PARFAIT!
The pastries were wonderful and the service was attentive and very friendly.

This storefront bakery is quite pleasant when you first walk in. The fresh smell of a bakery first hits the senses and your mouth begins to water. I was the only person in line at the counter just looking over what I wanted to order while the girl behind the counter finished helping the person in front of me. Then just as she finished, another person walked in behind me whom I guess she knew because she welcomed him very friendly. He then told her what he wanted and she quickly got it for him without even saying anything to me. This of course took me aback because first off he knew I was before him, and second she knew I was before him. Oh well, moving on. I got my order and all the bakes looked delicious. I ordered multiple things to give it a fair chance at taste. I’ll start with the creme patissiere, it was flavorless. I didn’t taste it at all in the pain au raisin, which I’m sure is supposed to be there. The hazelnut pastry didn’t have much hazelnut flavor. And lastly the macarons almost broke my tooth biting into one of them, they’re supposed to be soft and chewy. On a good note, the almond pastry was delicious. If it weren’t for the fact that this place is really overpriced then I would go back for this one thing. The plain croissant was also good, but I hope it would be for a French bakery. Anyhow, I hope your experience is better than mine.
