Who hired these people? My experience today started by seeing the manager walking an elderly customer out while saying “it’s a great day to come to Burger King”. After that we walked into order and was met with some of the best customer service. On top of that, the place is ALWAYS clean! This is my favorite one to come to for that reason because the play place is one of the last standing. Don’t know if it’s because it’s Friday or what, but something good is in the air over here. Would like to note this is my second great experience here this year and this is also not a paid testimonial, just a former BK employee of over a decade ago

Drive thru was fine but had the whopper and felt nauseous afterwards. Haven’t been to this BK in years until recently so not sure if they cooked it properly or had the burger meat out for too long etc but it made me sick. They also didn’t add what I wanted in my order. Did feel off eating it. Usually don’t get this sick when I went to the other locations. Hope they can be more observant with the food handling.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. First of all our food was COLD. Cold burgers. That can’t be good. Secondly, the play place was so dirty and stinky and smelled like urine! Ketchup everywhere up in the play place. We literally didn’t stay but 5 minutes. It was so gross. we all need a shower now. The place also stinks and smells like dirty people and even the wrapper for the food smelled horrible.

Went up there and got a bacon king with no mayo. They put mayo on it and I didn’t realize till I got home. Went back up there and made them remake it. Got home and it had mayo on it again. Called up there and the manager was rude to me. He said “Well my cook said he just put ketchup on it so”. Not listening to me and had an attitude with me over the situation. This photo is the “remade” burger with “only ketchup”. Barely any ketchup and mayo AGAIN. As someone who works in fast food, I promise it’s not hard to make something right. Especially when you are not busy.

If I could vote 0 I would. This location is so slow. They take forever to give burger. This photo is me at the drive thru I’ve been here for 30 minutes there’s no line just nobody responding to me. Cmonnn. Okay update they just canceled my order and said I need to request a refund. HATE

The bad reviews are right. 40 minutes in the drive through today. Literally. I timed it. The drive through guy seemed impaired – he would just drift off and stop talking and then start again a minute later. He got my order wrong initially, so despite waiting 10 minutes to get to the window I still had to wait “pulled forward” for part of my order. After 20 minutes pulled forward waiting I locked my car, left it in the drive through and went in to get the rest of my order. By the time I got everything most of the order in the car was cold. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. In fact I watched at least 6 cars leave the drive through before getting to the window. Meanwhile we were all watching cars drive quickly through Arby’s drive through. I don’t know why this Burger King is this bad. It is a very disrespectful way to treat customers. I won’t spend my money here again.

People were nice and quick with order. I guess I’m just shocked by how prices have changed, unless it is this location. Nuggets aren’t $1 anymore, and 20 aren’t $2 (or they’re just not advertising it). Tried their 2 cookies, and you’re better off going to McDonalds because theirs are fresher, warm, and you get 3 for $1.
Also, why is a rodeo cheeseburger 1.39 on your app, but 1.79 on my receipt?
Came by today because I wanted the tacos, and they looked super pathetic.
