Employees are insanely rude. The man working the drive through sounded like he was faded. The woman who gave me my food and took my card did not say a single word to me, the experience was just awkward. The food also tasted/looked different, as if my burger patties were not fully cooked, expired, or they had been tossed in the microwave. I will NOT be coming back to this location again and i advise you do not either. Waste of money and a waste of time.

placed a mobile order before I arrived, and had to wait over 15minutes for just cold food. I did end up calling in asking if the food was coming. Then received a nice “what food?” as they didn’t know I was even there. With no other cars in the drive through they probably cleared off my order and forgot.

No one bothered to greet us even though there were not any customers in the restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes, I returned up to the front desk to see if I was supposed to pick up my food or if they were gonna bring it to me because we had one of the numbers that you take to your table. The woman said he probably forgot, I believe she was supposed to be in charge. She told the young man to make our order. He didn’t do mine correctly. When I told him that wasn’t correct he tried to tell me it was. After a while, the woman in charge came out to make sure everything was OK. She did ask if everything was OK that we did receive our food. It seemed as if there was person working while everybody else was pretty much not doing much of anything. The one older lady was doing her best with the team she has working for her.

Holy moly, were those muffins were stale. I hate when I get a premade sandwich that’s been sitting out for a long time. I don’t know why I expect not to get one, but it would be nice to get a freshly made sandwich every now and then. Just saying, McDonald’s….

Fries were old and bun on the big mac was rock hard. I ordered at the kiosk inside with ease waited about five minutes for my meal. As I was walking out I noticed the tables were covered with trash. The bins were so over flowing no one could throw away the trash. Lobby needs some love it wasn’t a very sanitary look. Staff was fast and friendly but thats it

Spending ANY type of money on food and receiving brown lettuce on a COLD chicken sandwich and fries that are cold, without the tiniest bit of heat radiating off of them, is beyond ridiculous. Then, no one can be bothered to answer the phone. It’s not like they’re busy making fresh food.
