Mostly I had went in there to dine in that it wasn’t actually busy since it was not lunch hours had a cordon bleu value meal and it was pretty good that it came out warm and fresh and had tater cakes and they say they were actually fresh but they actually tastes a bit stale and also they don’t really have their sauces on the counter that you pretty much end up have to get the packets at the register.

We were told to move up from the drive through and park. After 15 minutes, my husband went it. He came out with the very apologetic manager amd our food. We get home. Missing a large curly fry as well as Arby’s sauce. We ask three times for the sauce. It was even rang in on the receipt of which they kept. Damn! Need to do better.

Came in for lunch today
Had a whole crew working but yet the lobby was disgusting, floors dirty sticky, trash on tables and and soda counter, tables also had trash on them didn’t dare go into the restrooms…

Foot was great good customer service got my food on time!!! Overall great service talk to Lana Robinson the general manager she us so nice and cooperative she is motivational and very helpful i very recommend them

I tried to order from the drive through just now however they’re literally only taking one order at a time and making people wait to order until the people in front of you have already left with there order and they’re rude to you about it. I had 2 people in front of me so 15 mins later when they finally answered to take my order turns out they supposedly don’t have ice cream.

I usually don’t write bad reviews because I’ve worked fast food so I get it, but in this case I feel something needs to be addressed.i got to the store and there were three workers not really doing anything and made me and another customer wait I would say 5 to 10 minutes then another worker came in obviously saw what was going on, but decided to go outside for a break or whatever, she said “you all got this I’m going outside.” Now for my food I got curly Fries and the contain wasn’t barely half full, I also got two double roast beef sandwich’s and they tasted funny, not like bad meet funny just a funny taste like the taste of soap or something, it even smelled like to to I should say soap but just smelled weird and tasted weird. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this Arby’s, to be honest after his I refuse to go to this Arby’s again I will drive the extra distance to go to another Arby’s.
