Stopped here for dinner after work and I’ll say this is the best Indian cuisine I’ve had in a while! Staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere is very cozy and nice. I wanted to order everything off the menu! The prices are also very fair for the portions you get.

So, it’s been a minute since i first rated this place. Had to update it to say that the staff went out of their way to be sure my husband had a great birthday! The flavor here is always on point and I could easily become a vegetarian eating here! That said they have fabulous lamb, beef, chicken, shrimp…. And you can choose how spicy you want it!

Always a warm, comfortable, easy vibe at Sahib, Tonight we had garlic and spicy naan. Chili chicken was delicious with medium heat. Also, the pineapple chicken was yummy. My favorite is between the Korma and Mango. It’s a toss up. The staff are fantastic! The mango cheesecake is superb, great flavor combination.

This is an outstanding restaurant! I went in at 11am when they opened and the buffet smelt amazing so that’s what I went with. There were lots of options on the buffet, everything was fresh and OMGosh delicious. I’ve had Indian cuisine all over the US and UK, but I’ll have to admit this is some of the best I’ve had. The chicken was so tender it fell apart. The sauces were rich and flavorful. The paneer was soft and in the spinach sauce extremely delectable. The naan was freshly made and the raita so creamy I could have just eaten it by the spoon. The restaurant is very clean and the people were friendly and polite. There was ample parking and they have outdoor seating as well. I would 1000% recommend stopping in and trying this deliciousness for yourself. I will definitely be returning. I will make a trip to Johnson City just for this amazing food.
