The floors. Almost every table. The bathrooms. The seats. The drink area. The parking lot and sidewalk. Absolutely everything needed to be cleaned. It was bad. Chunks of food. Trash. Four employees were working. It was not a lunch rush time. I know food prep is important. But so is keeping a clean dining room. Just 7 minutes of sweep and wipe would’ve made a huge difference. This is the dirtiest Taco Bell I’ve ever seen.

I spent $40 on food didn’t even get my change back and got home I ordered 4 of the avocado ranch chicken soft tacos and this is literally what was on them for the “chicken tenders” yall need to do better! If you don’t like your job then go else where no one spends $40 for food that isn’t even worth eating not to mention it was cold as hell. This location has went down hill bad!

Haven’t been here in years. It was awful. Started with how dirty floors were. Should have left. Got our order to eat in a few hours. Did not get $7 box. I had made a few changes making it $2 more. Well, got rest of food. Reheated 2 Mexican pizzas. The taste was deplorable. Like really old tortillas. Threw away. There were 7 people working. The place should be immaculate. The food great. It was so bad. I spent 41.20 on garbage. I wish I had read reviews before I went. NEVER AGAIN.

Went to order, TB worker states “I cannot find that on the computer” to me in the speaker. So I try to explain, he then says “it can only be found on the app.” So as I wait in line I placed my app order. Get to window he tells me to go to front of restaurant, I ask if I need to come in to get it, he states “that’d be easier,” followed by the window shutting. O.K. Went in, seen that you can order the food that was stated I can only order on app, in store. So obviously there’s a training issue with either the computer or the menu, at this point, I think both.. not to mention customer service wasn’t a thing. Got the food. Was told they were “completely out of ice”(I’ve been in the industry and been out of ice, that’s an easy fix, either call Pepsi if it’s the machine or drive down the road and get bags of ice). As I’m waiting on the food, one of the managers preparing the food was complaining about “being busy” and she “didn’t understand why they were so busy.” Not to mention, There were multiple people waiting inside for their food complaining about their service and the SMELL inside of the restaurant.

All the food was room temperature(the cheese was not even melted) and two of the burritos were wrong(I wanted no onion they put on both). Keep in mind I spent $33 on this order.

I have went to this Taco Bell since I was a small child and this place has went downhill significantly. Get some people that know customer service, TRAIN your workers and fire the management if they want to talk like that in front of their customers, not to mention making the food wrong. I will not be surprised when this place has to close their doors.
If you’re local, go to the one in Farragut or Lovell Rd. This isn’t the first time but I always try to give the benefit of the doubt.

I placed an order through drive thru that included two orders of nachos and cheese. I got home and the cheese was in the bag but not the chips. This is the second time it’s happened so I should have looked but they were not busy so honestly it slapped my mind. I called the store and wasn’t upset, maybe annoyed but not mad until the girl on the phone got an attitude and made excuses. I told her I was not driving all the way back to get the chips. She said well that is all I can do for you and hung up on me. Honestly the Lenoir City Taco Bell has gone down hill.

Second time in a month with the incorrect order. Worst part is having to waste an hour of time driving back there to have them correct. When arriving you see staff with beats headsets on and the staff in complete disarray. Gm is Jason and is of course not on staff and they did not refund the order even though they wasted

Update: got my replacement order and it’s still wrong and missing items!!! How can you not get this right? It’s 5 items ordered, yet only 4 in the bag!!!

I ordered a meal through the drive through on the way home after a long day at Work. My order was the number 7 dorito locos tacos-regular. She asked what I would like to drink and what flavor taco sauce. I answered, and then she gave me the money total and I proceeded to the window. She opened the window and informed me of my dollar total. I gave her exact change and she gave me my food before stating, “just a moment.” She then came back to the window with another bag asking for more money. I said I was waiting on my drink still. She then grabbed an empty drink glass and filled it up and gave it to me with no, “I’m sorry for the confusion.”
The window closed and I drove away. When I open the bag, I found 3 tacos with broken shells and no taco sauce anywhere. I don’t recommend this place for anyone and I’m never going back there again.
