We stumbled upon Taylor’s Sausage Country Store and were absolutely blown away. The breakfast was fantastic, delicious, hearty, and incredibly affordable. It’s especially great if you’re feeding a large group. You won’t leave hungry.
But let’s talk about the real showstopper: the jerky. We spent nearly $100 just on jerky alone, and it was worth every penny. The variety and flavor are unmatched. Everything from the meats to the fish was top-tier. You can tell this place takes serious pride in what they offer.
If you’re passing through the area, this is an absolute must-stop. Stock up, eat well, and enjoy one of the best country store experiences around.

This is a Cave Junction delicacy with outstanding food. I love their Taylor Dogs and other variations such as the Cheddar dog. But this visit I decided to order the French Dip sandwich and it was only ok but maybe it’s because I just don’t like French Dip sandwiches because I never had one I liked before. My wife got the ribs and they were fantastic and the fries were out of this world crunchy and delicious!! A little disappointed by the kids Mac and cheese as it seemed like Kraft out of a box but I guess that’s to be expected for kids meals. My son loved it anyway! And during the lunch rush we waited nearly 30 minutes for our order which was a bit of a long wait but it was worth it. The atmosphere of the country store was awesome and we even got some gifts to bring back home with us. Their house made cookies were excellent too and only $1.50 each!!!

Stopped in for a quick lunch after exploring the cave, before heading north. The line moved quickly, but there was a wait for your food. Really appreciated the convenience store selection of beverages as we were on the road and could easily take them to go, post lunch. Ordered the polish and cheese dog, they didn’t come out very hot, preferred the cheese dog. My partner ordered the French dip lunch basket and enjoyed it. The au jus was delicious. The fresh cookies were soft and affordable. We’d recommend and return.

A must stop every time we are on the way home. The trail busters are an awesome snack for the road trip. They we’re nice enough to leave my bread for my sandwich in a separate container so I could travel home and make it there. Also the special bacon wrapped poppers were worth driving back for. I wish I purchased at a minimum 5+ more. I’ll see you again in a couple weeks. Thank you for being consistent

Taylors makes the best French fries ever! Their BLTs are pretty yummy too! If ever in Cave Junction to visit or just passing through- it’s a great meal stop! Enjoy dinning in or call ahead and have your order ready to go in 5 to 20 mins max! Very good food!

I drive 6 hours round trip just to buy their ham and cheese sticks and other jerky. No others can compare to the meats here. (2025 update). They’ve gotten even better. They’re breakfast burritos are top notch at a very very good price. They’re the size of 2 normal burritos for half the price. They’re biscuits and gravy is out of this world. Again also for a great price!

We have always stopped here for the last 20 years going to the coast and sometimes on the weekends just for a drive from the Rogue Valley just to grab some sausages and have a quick lunch.
Stopped in when they were standing room only this July weekend and they had more than enough staff on hand to make it a quick experience and this time we tried their sandwiches, AMAZING for under $10!

Very tasty offerings at Taylor’s. A huge selection of meats, cheeses and other items. This is a must stop when in this area of Oregon. Many people we met said you gotta go there and that it’s hard to say what’s best there cause it’s all pretty good. They were right and we bought some savory bites for our snacking on our trip. Grab breakfast or lunch too if able, all is very good.

If you’re looking for authentic tasting sausage, then this is the spot for you. When I pass through Cave Junction I stock up on British bangers, Cajun andouilles sausage and more. Making Bangers and mashed that tastes like right out of a London pub is easy with these.
