I was a bit hesitant after seeing reviews for this place (~bad/rude service, dirty & long wait times), but from my personal experience most of that didn’t apply. The place is nice and clean, the gas smell is normal do not worry (it clears out), and the staff were friendly. We did have to wait around 25 minutes, however it was more than worth it. The food is amazing, and the portions are large. I highly recommend checking this place out for an authentic hibachi experience, and not listen to every bad review!

We went at 5pm on a Wednesday no issue being seated but we beat the crowd, people started coming in right after us but we weren’t crowded. We were a party of ten . The waitress was attentive and made sure our drinks stayed full and got all of our orders correct. The chef was very entertaining and the kids loved it. I got the chef special and she also added on fried spicy crab rolls. The food was good and cooked how I asked. The place could use some cosmetic updates and better appearances but food was good and so was service.

walked in waited to be seated, said we wanted to sit at the sushi bar, was seated and never spoken to again. sat for about 40 minites, no one came to get drink order or my food order, wife turned in a sushi slip after searched for a pen and slip on our own. waited 40 minutes for 2 rolls and just ended up telling them we would take her rolls to go so i could go somewhere else yo get food.

My husband and our families has come here for years and it has always been our go to hibachi place. Unfortunately, we have noticed it has definitely declined in service, cleanliness, etc. We took our families about a week ago for our son’s 1st birthday in hopes to start a tradition there for him. Unfortunately that did not happen. The service was not good and the staff was actually quite rude. Once we had already began eating, we realized they had no working bathrooms and no running water in the bathrooms. Which says to me they did not have running water in the kitchen. I don’t see how or why they would stay open and do not believe that’s legal. But anyways, after we got our food, the waitress did not add on the gratuity for a large party as she should have and after we had all paid and wrote our tips, she asked us to tip more because we did not tip the 18%. I told her we absolutely would not be changing our tips as it is not our fault they made a mistake and the service was awful. The restaurant is not clean at all and the bathrooms even when working are disgusting. The next day one of the people in our party was sick from the food. It was an awful experience. They also refuse to accomodate my mom who has celiac disease and cannot have the soy sauce in the rice. We will not be going back and we have all been loyal customers for years. There are better hibachi places with better service and clean.

went to this place to celebrate me receiving a dream job offer! To my disappointment, the experience was very bad! It was late on their business hour and the waiter & cook were tired. The food is not worth the price. What’s worse is that the waitress (she seems to be the boss) pushed me to sign my credit card while I was still eating!!!!!! Won’t come back again!

We came here for valentines dinner and first we sit down and wait 15 minutes just to get our drinks ordered then the chef comes out and starts cooking our meal and turns around and coughs then moments later wipes his nose with his fingers and proceeds to keep cooking as we’re eating there is grease dripping from the vents I was not a fan prices also are crazy high .

Normally very good. We waited 20 minutes for a table on Friday night.. Not bad. Normally they are pretty quick service after you sit down. Waited an extremely long time before someone took our drink order. I believe there was only one person cooking the food. We had two tables in front of us that he had to cook for. We ended up being there more than 3 hours. Something dripped on the table from the hanging light. And finally he didnt season the food today so it tasted bland.
