We came here for our anniversary and got a few appetizers and the pig and fig pizza. Every dish we tried was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. They had custom cocktails that were unique and delicious. They even went out of their way to give us a special anniversary dessert.

Very good steak well worth the money. The flavor was there, nice juicy marinated steak. The sides included green beans on the vine along with medium sized potatoes. It was very savory I ate every bite. I would definitely recommend this place! My server Kait was very energetic. Great food and great vibes for a great vacation trip!

If you’re sleeping on Door 222, you’re missing out on one of the absolute best spots in downtown Loveland.

The food is next-level—fresh, bold, and made with real care. Every dish feels like someone in that kitchen actually gives a damn, and it shows. Whether you’re going in for drinks, dinner, or just a quick bite, they deliver every time.

But what really sets Door 222 apart is the staff. Friendly, welcoming, on point, and genuinely cool people who make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. The vibe is relaxed, upbeat, and exactly what a downtown restaurant should feel like.

And right now, with all the 4th Street construction going on, these local businesses need us more than ever. Door 222 is still open, still crushing it, and still worth the extra few steps or a short walk from parking. Trust me—it’s 100% worth it.

Do yourself a favor:
Go support Door 222. Eat great food. Tip your server. And keep downtown Loveland alive.

Outstanding dining experience. Wonderful food in a very pleasing space. We ate on a Sunday night which seemed like a slow night. Servers were attentive and knowledgeable. Wine list could use a little work would be my only criticism. The Tempranillo was good the Pinot noir was Below average. We ordered three entrees and all were spectacular. Seared salmon, beef short rib, and a pork chop with a great hatch chili preparation that was as delicious as it was different. All told, we’ll be back and highly recommend.

Dont get the carrot cake. It’s dry and has a millimeter of icing. Same with the brussel sprout appetizer…it was about 3 brussels cut up into tiny peices in the tiniest dish ever. Ribs were great though. Probably won’t return.

Went here for the first time with a friend and loved the ambiance (probably the best in Loveland). We loved the roasted beet salad and also ordered the mussels appetizer. It was a huge portion, so we were too full to order main entrees or dessert. I will be back for the fish and chips and dessert. The only negative for me was the meat (pork I think) that was cooked in with them. I ate mine without and my friend who ate meat enjoyed the flavor. So, if you are a pescatarian and don’t eat meat, don’t order the mussels. They were still so good I was full after that and the wonderful beet salad, so 5 stars from me. Can’t wait to go back.

Door 222 in Loveland is hands down one of the best spots I’ve been to in a long time! The food is absolutely fantastic — everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The drinks were just as impressive, perfectly crafted and delicious every time.

Shannon, the owner/bartender/manager, truly made the experience exceptional. She was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt taken care of. It’s rare to come across service this friendly and genuine these days.

The atmosphere is incredible — lively, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax and have a great time. If you’re in Loveland, Door 222 is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Steak had no salt. Tough too.
Beans soggy, and they were too lazy to cut the branch piece off or remove bad pieces.
Bread was burned.
Mussels were very good. Only reason they got 2 stars.

Shannon was our waitress and she was excellent. I had the cheese curds and the meat lovers pizza. Others in our party had the fish and chips and short ribs and all were excellent.

Although the restaurant was busy, they were enough bussers and runners to make sure everything came out hot and service went smoothly which is almost unheard of in most restaurants. I was amazed for the price how five star everything was.

I have the goat cheesecake for dessert and although it sounds crazy it was outstanding with a nice lemon twist.

I will without question be back to enjoy the chef and a well-organized restaurant.

Really nice ambience, some of the best in town.

Service left a bit to be desired, not sure if they had no busser, but the food time was unpleasantly surprised like three times that she had to grab a dirty dish before having room to place our next course.

Shaved brussel sprouts, 8/10
Gnocchi shrimp scampi 7/10
Fish / Chips 7/10
Flourless chocolate torte 9/10
Grilled bread / butter 1/10. Just tasted like smoke

Dessert was the best dish. The main courses left a bit to be desired for the price. We should have listened to our server when he said he preferred the grilled bread and butter side order ungrilled–the char was the only flavor present.

There’s potential here but most things missed the mark, aside from the chocolate torte
