For food, I ordered the smoked salmon everything bagel platter as well as the breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich was very delicious, though I would have liked a few more potatoes on the side. I also ordered the Greek yogurt parfait, which was very good and a nice lighter option. Overall, it was a solid breakfast, and I actually felt healthier eating here compared to some other brunch spots.
Service was good, and the food came out relatively quickly. Everything felt smooth and easy, which is always appreciated for brunch.
While nothing completely blew me away or made me feel like I needed to rush back immediately, it was still a very enjoyable, reliable spot with good food, great ambiance, and a relaxed feel. A great choice if you’re looking for a calm, sunny place for brunch.
The atmosphere is elegant yet inviting — ideal for both intimate dinners and special occasions. Service was attentive, polished, and professional without feeling overbearing. The team demonstrated strong knowledge of the menu and delivered a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
The food was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, with balanced flavors and attention to detail in every course. Consistency across multiple visits speaks to strong kitchen leadership and operational standards.
Overall, The Pembroke delivers a refined, memorable dining experience. I look forward to returning.
We came for brunch. They really good options on their menu.
Chicken and waffles- amazing!! The chicken wasn’t standout but still good. But the cornmeal waffles were delicious! I would’ve been ok with just the waffles.
Breakfast sandwich with prosciutto was flavorful. And also a nice option.
I would definitely return. Make a reservation because this place fills up.
One friend ordered the chicken and waffles—drum and thigh fried to absolute perfection—and the waffle was made with cornbread… so good!!! I had the Pembroke Benedict with my eggs fried hard, jumbo crab on top, and a side salad. It was super filling—I didn’t eat again until dinner, and even then I wasn’t really hungry.
Another friend ordered the French toast and the jumbo cinnamon roll, which went around the whole table and got completely crushed . My girlfriend had the smash burger, and I have to say those breakfast potatoes wrapped with bacon were cooked with love—not too crispy, not burnt, not too soft—crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Restaurants usually mess that up, but they nailed it.
Just look at the picture—everything was glistening, and our stomachs were FULL. This is definitely about to be our favorite brunch spot in the city!!
