Food was pretty decent for McDonald’s. Dinning area was clean as well as the restroom. Person who gave us our order was very nice and pleasant, as was the worker who was cleaning and wiping down tables. The person who took our order at the counter on the other hand needs to order a personality. Would stop again purely for the convenience.

This restaurant is very clean. You will always get fast service. However, whether you get the right order or even hot food is a huge chance you will be taking. I don’t even know why I continue to spend my hard earned money here. And today was just another disappointment. With the prices constantly going up…DO BETTER!

i feel as if i have to check for spit in my food sometimes when certain people work there. i do not feel welcome here, some certain people wont even talk to me. ive been polite every time, and i am only met with rudeness, even when they have made my orders late and messed up they are only rude. there is only 1 person on the night shift that is kind to me and hopefully other guests too.

My order was wrong a few days ago. Tonight I spoke to the night manager who asked me to come in to get the order correct. He was fake nice over the phone. I ordered and they played passive aggressive and left me at the windows like 15 min until another vehicle came through. My food was worse than the first time. After waiting that long I thought fresh food at the least. My fry was stale cold and my sandwich bun upside-down. Clear passive aggressive for requesting better service. I would have paid for my food rather than this. Never coming back to that place

Typically use mobile ordering and drive thru. There are times mobile ordering sends the same message of something wrong at their end. A bit frustrating, but the service and speed of ordering in person is still very efficient.
Friendly staff. Good food. Efficient time between ordering and receiving an order.
Only one time where an item was missed. The front of house staff immediately apologized and corrected the mistake.

Do NOT give your reward number if you plan to pay with a gift card. Not able to add a gift card to the app, ok let’s go though the drive through instead. Guy asks me for my rewards number, ok why not. Arrive at the window and my card has been charged without my consent.
Either through corporate maleficence or employee incompetence, they are not able to apply the gift card to the order. They are not able to reverse my order so I can place a new order without the rewards so I can use the gift card.

They put onions and pickles on my hamburger, or cheeseburger rather, and I sent it back and they gave me the same exact burger back only with part of the onions scraped off, and they removed one pickle and left another on there. I know it was the same burger, cause there was a tiny bit of the burger that I took a bite out of And was prepared to give them a good rating because they were so nice, customer service was OK until they did that.

The fries are ALWAYS cold. Y’all need to learn how to make them hot. Also the service is not good. Whenever you politely ask for something, you are met back with attitude.
