I remember when it was the Big Apple back in the day or Red Apple? I can’t remember. Anyway. Since L. George’s took it over. It’s always been good year after year. I appreciate their hard work and dedication over the decades. My parents always loved coming there to eat. I do, too, when I’m in the area. Brings back great memories. They will forever have the BEST BURGERS’ hands down. They are so unbelievably delicious! Plus, they always keep a clean restaurant. I really like that about them. A clean restaurant is a happy restaurant. Nothing fancy. Just good food. My sister in law and I really loved our visit back on May 20th. Great service. Great food. We had a very nice visit.

Great local diner with solid conies. Very keto and carnivore friendly allowing you to order just the Coney’s without the bun.
Add the regular Coney with their house gumbo. Their gumbo had a different twist on it then a regular New Orleans gumbo, but it was still delicious.
The waitress was super friendly and attentive. Prices were very reasonable.

The staff is nice. They seem happy, the place is chill. That vibe of calmness and familiarity permeates throughout the restaurant. There are a few tvs within view. The food was good. I only ordered a breakfast special pancakes, eggs, and bacon. You know, the usual but everything was cooked well -my scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. Bacon was only slightly overcooked.
It was a couple of groups of elderly men and it seemed like this was their usual spot to enjoy a bite or some coffee and they as well seemed happy as well. Seems like a pretty good place, would come back again. Ample seating & parking.

Used to go to place often and now I will not be ever giving this place my service again… burnt bacon one time, to the point where it was legit black. Also today I just ordered a western omelet and they decided to add a lake of disgusting grease for the side. There was tomatoes in it and who else knows what. Pretty mad about this whole experience. Worked all night, was hoping to get some decent breakfast and I get this. This place sucks. Save you’re money and go to biffs coney, or even McDonald’s. They have better food then them. Thanks for the crap breakfast. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Breakfast was outstanding! Here lies the problem. They only have log cabin syrup. That’s cheap nasty syrup. Why???? Delicious breakfast but supply one of the cheapest syrups on the market. I hate to say their syrup ruined the experience for me. Ended up throwing the pancakes away. The eggs were amazingly cooked, my fries and sausage was really good. They unfortunately committed a serious offense by getting log cabin, that syrup makes the pancakes now dry, you are liable to choke. I would love to have given five stars, but they opted for the cheap syrup.

The food is great and the service is amazing. All this food on the table for four people was $45. I enjoy the breakfast with my family. The best was the gyro sandwich and the egg was fresh.

Nice looking establishment, friendly staff, great atmosphere. Was here for breakfast, French toast was a bit crispy, eggs seemed a bit heavy on the butter, but overall it was good
