when ordering door dash how do you guys forget drinks and smoothies almost all the time. you should observe the bag and receipt and see what is missing. it needs to stop i don’t care if you are busy but as a consumer i shouldn’t almost on every purchase request a refund for a missing item.

went to mcdonalds to get 2 mcdoubles. i order my food and get home. its just a small fry in a bag. i am busy and got this as a quick option. i genuinely feel robbed. i paid for food i never got all because of lazy staff that cant put a burger in a bag or read an order correctly.

The only good thing about this place is the PEOPLE that work here. Wendy’s tastes better for a similar price point.
It’s very inconvenient to use the drive thru for the majority of the day.
You have to order a 1/4 pounder with cheese half the time (if you want a fresh burger), which forces employees to make you pull around, and half of the vehicles in the driveway are too massive to even do this.
Terrible location, terribly overpriced, but great workers trying to make the best of it despite that all.

If I could give this review less than one star I would. Going in for a simple two item order I sat in the drive-thru for 35 minutes. When you try to ask somebody who’s in charge and why these things are happening there is zero accountability.

I ordered online to pickup. THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. I called and she said I’ll be right out. I stood and stood there. Another lady was waiting 20 minutes for 2 LG French fries. Poor delivery peiple that rely on picking up food for the jobs, forget about it. The door said due to staffing, then why didnt anyone disabl3 online ordering. Never again will you see me in there. And I was a pretty regular customer. That rudeness and extreme lack of communication was absolutely unprofessional.

Coffee sucked. Large 2 cream 2 sugar tasted worse than AA coffee straight. I don’t normally go there so I have no idea if it was wrong. The 2 mcgriddles were exactly as sad and delicious as I was hoping for tho. I just don’t know how bad your coffee is compared to a 1.09 large coffee from a gas station. So far you are failing from the one store I’ve been to in like 6 months

My wife and I ate at this location yesterday and within 30 minutes had diarrhea. Ordered two Double Quarter pounders that were literally dripping with oil or grease, two fish sandwiches, and a large fry. She was lucky and only had a few rounds, I unfortunately am still sick today. We learned that a friend of ours ate there yesterday as well and was also struck with diarrhea. Called the location to notify them that they were making people sick and were dismissed by the “Manager,” if that’s who it even was. No care or concern whatsoever. Be the last time we eat at any McDonalds in Helena.
