Best pita place I’ve been to in years. Service was top notch and very friendly. They even helped pick out some great choices. After getting the food it was so good and fresh. Flavors bursting with every bite. We will be back to try more. Can’t wait to get back to Grand Rapids.

Worse experience by FAR! I have been here multiple times and always enjoyed their food and service. Today, 3/8/26 for lunch, the lady that served us acted like she didn’t want to work there and me as a customer is a burden to her. Very rude. I will not be coming back and don’t recommend this place.

Gita Pita delivered great flavor and fast service. My shawarma bowl was fresh, well-seasoned, and loaded with toppings. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the portions were satisfying. This is a solid spot for Mediterranean food in Grand Rapids — I’ll definitely be back.

Used to have really good beef, but now it’s just okay. Not sure what changed, but they stopped using the good stuff.
Unfortunately they cut the portion sizes in half, and raised the price to $17 for a single bowl that they barely fill halfway.
Won’t come here again.

This place is top tier when it comes to good food. They make everything from scratch in house. Everyone is super nice and they even remember my typical order before I say what I want. They are awesome people and definitely a local business worth supporting!

I’ve been here many times and never had an issue… until now.
1) Cold food. The Greek fries (x2) were like a bag of potato chips with mozzarella dumped on them. It certainly wasn’t crumbly feta.
2) No feta cheese on the dishes; instead it appeared to be some sort of shredded mozzarella
3) No pita bread included with the gyro bowl. Didn’t catch this until after getting home and didn’t want to take another 30 minutes to fix this.
Staff was polite and helpful enough. The order wasn’t ready when I arrived (about 10 minutes after pick up time), but I don’t mind. Staff wasn’t the issue—food quality was.
Not sure I’ll be back, which is a shame. Until tonight, this place was always in my top 2.

Ordered a Gyro and it was absolutely the worst ive ever had and im 45. First issue is the meat was chopped up and not shaved. It was 80 percent veggies and 20 percent meat that was heated up im a microwave. Not to mention the horrible customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE AND Save your money.
