Hello. I came through the drive through a little bit ago and got two Grinch meals with nuggets. I was told immediately upon ordering that they didn’t have ranch, sweet n sour, or big mac sauce, but not that they were out of Grinch salt. When we parked to eat I realized there wasn’t any Grinch salt or shaker bags and went inside to request some, when I was told they were out. I requested a refund and retrieved both meals and drinks from the car to receive it. When returning both I apologized for the trouble and said I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known. The manager insisted I pay for a ten piece nugget since we’d eaten three nuggets before realizing the rest wasn’t there.

I was not rude, I did not argue, and I agreed to pay for the ten piece meal. Immediately after receiving my refund the manager noticed that one of the pair of socks had been opened, and immediately decided she had to charge me for the socks as well.

I didn’t say anything at first, because I didn’t want to be rude and I was angry, and before I calmed down enough to speak she began asking me to understand her position and saying that she understood mine as well, and again before I could say anything she decided not to charge me for the socks and to only charge for the nuggets. I paid for the ten piece nugget, she gave me seven (fresh) nuggets in a box to finish the ten piece that we’d eaten three of, and I left.

I only realize now writing this that if she was going to give us 7 fresh nuggets anyway I should only have been charged for a 4 piece nugget and given 1 nugget. Attached below is my receipt from the ten piece purchase.

I understand that they must have been having a busy time, and have dealt with several angry and rude customers throughout the day, but I should have been treated with the same respect I was giving. I had no complaints about paying for what I’d already consumed and mostly wish she’d been less aggressive and rude. The employees were very kind to me, it was only this one manager with grey hair in a high ponytail and an unbuttoned at the top light blue polo shirt. December 6th, Saturday, at about 5:30pm.

We stopped by McDonald’s and had a good experience overall. The service was quick, and the food was consistent with what you’d expect. We tried their classics along with some vegetarian options, which were nice to see on the menu. The fries were hot and crispy, and the coffee were refreshing.
The place was clean, with plenty of seating, and the staff handled the crowd well. Prices are reasonable for a quick meal, and it’s a reliable option when you’re on the go.
Overall, McDonald’s delivered exactly what we wanted quick, tasty, and satisfying food.

I had a order that was given to a person Reginald me in the drive thru. When I noticed the bag of food given to me wasnt mine I called mcdonalds. Long story short I was told that they knew about it and I was to come on for new food that was mine. I was told to.jisy throw out every thing I had there. I told the person I couldn’t get there tonight and the person told me not to worry.I can come in tomorrow whenever it was convenient. That my name would be placed at a book.So on saturday, I contacted the mcdonald’s and asked them if it was okay to come in to get my new food before I went to work.In williamsport, the person said, absolutely come on in no problem. We will make good on that. And sorry that happened to you. I said I wasn’t worried about it. Mistakes happen, and as long as everybody got what was entitled to them. That was the biggest thing to me. So I arrive at the McDonald’s. I introduced myself and explained to the girl at the counter that I have spoken to the manager and I was instructed to come in when the manager came to the counter. She told my partner and I that they were not replacing all of it. Because it was 40 pieces of chicken nuggets without a receipt. I instead, how do I produce a receipt on a bag of food that was given to me.That was mine it’s nearly impossible to show you proof when the bag that was given again with the receipt was not min. She got very nasty, very disrespectful. Got loud in the lobby where other customers looked at me. I was extremely embarrassed and said, well. I’m only replacing one if you want it. Take it if you don’t. You can get out think that manager needs to be fired. So do all you people in this area? Let’s all stand together. Because people like that. If they’re going to do it, to me, they’re going to do it to you. We work hard for our money. We work hard in general. If we ‘re going to spend our money in an establishment, we expect the service that we expect to have. If we order something that’s the order we’re supposed to get my kind heart. Who does work in customer service knows how the game goes? Sometimes things are just not perfect. Things just don’t fall into place like they’re supposed to. But when those items are presented to you and it shows that it didn’t fall into place or it didn’t go as according to plan. That’s when you have to do what you have to do to make the customer feel that that was an isolated problem. You don’t tell somebody to come in. No problem, I’ll fix it. I’ll replace all of your food. You know what happened to the word a mouth? What happened to customer relations? No, I will not tolerate being disrespected, so on that. Note this McDonald’s is extremely poor extremely disrespectful staff members, and they don’t hold true to their words. What type of management do you have running this place? Don’t go here. Take the trip. And go to the Morgan’s Avenue one. On morgans ave u have Great people quality service and on top of that. It’s a very nice peaceful environment. When you want to sit down and have your food.

Food is great, service is awesome (no matter who’s working, they’re always friendly), but no matter how many times I come here, I have to pull out of the drive thru line and wait in one of those parking spots for 10 minutes for my food while I watch people who arrived at the drive thru behind me drive off with their orders, SMH. This would be a 5-star review if this location wasn’t so consistently slow.

3 weeks later… still super polite and friendly…aaaaaand still slow. ‍♀️

‼️*READ ALL THE WAY TO THE END*‼️DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD’S. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF AND MANAGER WHO WAS WORKING ON THE NIGHT OF 9/6/25 @ 9:00 pm. To the manager with the long lashes, as soon as I walked in you looked me up and down and gave me the dirtiest look, didn’t even say hello or were welcoming. You were taking to your friend and looked annoyed because I interrupted you. You said “what do you want” and all I said was I was missing all the fries from my order. You proceeded to say “what was your order anyway” in a rude tone and before I could even respond you said “don’t even explain yourself just say what you’re missing because it’s too much information” I was SHOCKED that you would speak to a customer like that. I was quiet for like 5 seconds trying to not lose my mind thinking what to say next and I said “well i’m sorry, every time i come here you all always forget to give me my complete order” and you annoyingly said “WELL WE’RE SHORT STAFFED” and while I understand that’s a reasonable answer there was no need for you to be rude to me from the moment I walked in. Every time I order something from this McDonald’s they ALWAYS forget to give me my complete order. I have to come back every time for missing items. The drive thru wait line is always a long wait even if the place is empty. Is there a way to contact the owner of this particular McDonald’s? Because he should know how rude his manager is. Mind you I didn’t even have an attitude when I walked in but you decided to be rude to me from the moment you saw me. The only person who was nice was Gabby so thank you Gabby for being kind.

Not clean, cold food, lousy fries. Charged. 50c x 2 for a few shreds of lettuce on a burger, and .40c each for 2 cups of water. Will never set foot in this McD again. Hope they feel good about ripping me off for $1.80.

Staff were absolutely rude. Manager probably got her management certification off the back of a cereal box. Specifically ordered Well Done fries. Waited and waited and waited only to he handed a half empty container of limp, soft and room temperature fries. When I walked in to ask for them to be cooked longer and made well done the manager said they are not allowed to overcook fries even if requested and that well done now just means made fresh. Not cooked longer. Then took my fries and walked away without saying anything else.

Looks like it was renovated recently, and the play area was removed to create a “Training Area,” whatever that is used for. Food was passable (it’s McD’s, I wasn’t expecting anything groundbreaking, but it was just okay), but I had to go back to swap one kids toy because I asked for a toddler toy and was given a regular one. When I asked about it, the employee looked at me like I was crazy for wanting the book (the toddler toy option) over a Tiny Tan action figure for my 1 year old. They also didn’t have any ice in the whole restaurant while we were there.
