Casa Mañana

Social Profile:

Gaby & Emma Gabaldon started serving their delicious recipes, in the tiny kitchen of their home in 1951. Emma’s unique and flavorful Sonoran style dishes wowed & amazed guests from all over. Casa Mañana became the destination restaurant in the Gila Valley. Casa Mañana’s popularity grew forcing the Gabaldon’s to move next door & converted their entire home into an open dining room with an expanded kitchen to handle more hungry customers. After owning and operating Casa Mañana for more than 25 years the Gabaldon’s retired and sold their business. Now, Gila Valley natives Dan & Diane Hoopes & son Adam, carry on their legacy that began more than 70 years ago. Enjoy that same legendary food today.

Everything was perfect! Thank you for making our lunch stop quick, easy, and especially delicious! We had delightful tacos and the best waitresses. Hopefully we’ll be back soon to try out the unique menu!

Came from Tucson for work. Really happy our crew stopped here after working all day. It smelled great as soon as we walked in. Tickets were very reasonably priced. But best of all was the food and service. Everyone at my table was super happy with their meal and I cant say enough about the service. Next time im in town, I will make it a point to stop here again

The food was worth the wait! Excellent, friendly service. We were informed of about a 45 minute wait before we were seated and chose to stay. We were seated immediately. The staff checked in on us frequently and kept our chips and salsa full. Our drinks were great, food was fresh and well prepared. Restrooms were clean.

Chicken taquitos – my go to for a crunchy complement to guacamole, rice and beans. Family style friendly service.

I love Casa! The food is always delicious no matter what you order. The staff is ready and willing to help, and they are very friendly. The atmosphere is family friendly and fun. My 3-year-old loved the music playing in the bathrooms! I ordered the Tiki Tacos and was not disappointed.

It’s one of my favorite restaurants! I always start with my favorite guacamole, chips, and a tall glass of horchata. I’ve tried the fish tacos, shredded beef tacos, and beef burritos. The owner and staff are the best! The restaurant is spacious and comfortable and easily accommodates large families.

You can’t go wrong with Casa Mañana. Great food, great people, great place. Everybody is so friendly, the food is delicious, and make sure you get those flour tortilla chips. There is no better chip in the whole state.

Traditional Mexican restaurant that never disappoints. When we visit town to see our college kids, eating here together is now a tradition. They have a delicious mix of flour and corn tortilla chips with their two types of salsa. The horchata is very good. And I haven’t yet had anything on the menu I haven’t enjoyed.
