We use to love this place but not any more. No hibachi because we didn’t have 6 people or a reservation. Service was ok, food wasn’t really that good. The sushi rolls my son and I got were good but the steak in my hibachi combo was supposed to be medium and came out well done and like chewing rubber and a really tiny portion. The shrimp was good but only got like 5 pieces. The rest of the dish was bland and barely hot. It’s definitly not worth the habachi prices anymore. We will not be returning. We could have spent less and got a better meal at Tokyo grill by the mall.

My sister in law and I have a tradition to come get a bunch of the fancy rolls to split for our birthdays. We have had this tradition for 10 years. We no longer live in Middletown and still make the trip even though it a drive. Worth it everytime. When we lived in the area we would do the lunch special. It is very very very worth it. Their ginger dressing on the house salad is the best I’ve ever had. We have tried most of the rolls and they are always good! Also they gave me fried ice cream because they heard us talking about my birthday!

On top of already having horrible hours, we stopped in and was told that you now have to have a reservation for the hibachi grill. We’re not paying hibachi prices too sit down at a table and order food, I recommend saving your time and drive to Twin Dragon on Tylersville rd, they are a full buffet & have hibachi included & they are way better. If you look through these reviews, all of the most recent reviews are not good ones. This place has gone to absolute trash.

I went at the last minute for a birthday celebration and even though they were about to close, they gave my party of 6 the best experience and food ever. I was craving hibachi, and they delivered. Thanks so much, highly recommended. Our waitress, I failed to get her name, was on point as well.

They act like they are not actually interested in having patrons at their restaurant. Closing in the middle of the day, demanding a minimum of 6 people & a reservation just to be able to have their hibachi food, no thank you, with these poor business practices they won’t be open long.

Nice staff, quick service, clean place.
However I wish I had ordered something else, I ordered the pork Katsu don and it was extremely hard, dry, and bland. I stuck to eating the side order of sushi and not the dinner itself. I will try this place again and just order something else, my Wife enjoyed her Ramen very much.

Very kind workers. They care about making it a great experience. The service was fast, and the food was very fresh and delicious. They went above and beyond making the display of the dish look beautiful. The lunch special is a great deal, but even if you don’t catch the deal it’s worth the price. They give a large portion of food. Wonderful experience. Very delicious.

Ordered through door dash: food was decent, but many issues with the order. We ordered 4 rolls of sushi and only got 2 pieces for 2 of them instead of the full rolls (which was intended to be a meal for a family member). We were also missing a salad and a side of noodles.

Came last Friday evening! Service was good but the food was awful! Asked for a medium cooked steak for the stir fry hibachi combo, got very very burned and though steak! Also got 6 pieces of shrimp (New york strip shrimp hibachi combo) Miso soup had no Tofu just mushrooms and was cold. Disappointed because we use to love this place and the portions were not only generous but actually delicious! Will find a new Hibachi spot from now on
