I was there around 9 pm. I went thru the drive thru. And the person that took my order was very cordial. She asked me to pull forward to the second window. It appeared that they might have been a little understaffed. Because once I paid. I was then asked if I could pull forward and wait for them to bring out my order. A female was behind me after paying for her order. But after a short amount of time. Decided she didnt have time for this and whipped around my car and took off. Minutes later a gentleman came out with my order and as humble as he could be apologized. He then made sure to ask if he could go back and bring me anything from utensils to parmagian cheese. I could tell that he was trained right because everything about that moment. It was clear. I was his main focus and that good customer service is still alive and well. Great job Fazolis my Ultimate Sampler was amazing. And the breadsticks as always were a homerun. Thank you for the top notch service and outstanding meal.

If you are curious about trying this place like i was i drove past this spot for a year, Please save your money. Its microwave quality if even that. Baked Chicken Parm was one big frozen chicken nugget not even real breast or im not even sure if it was chicken. Looked like a sponge inside. I couldnt eat it, hopefully my dogs will eat it. It was close to 30$ for two plates of food no drinks. My partner had the baked sampler he forced it down with his one meatball. Come at your own risk. Other than the food it was clean inside & customer service was decent. I will not be coming back, im shocked on how this place is open.

Kids ordered Alfredo and loved it. I got the ultimate sampler and the food was good but a little on the cool side as well as being al dente. I would have preferred a little more done and warmer but overall was tasty. Always love the bread sticks. Staff were friendly and location was clean.

I ate here on E 39th St in Independence MO the first time I tried Fazoli’s a few years ago. I tried another location a couple times; but, I prefer to eat here. They cook the food better than the other location. Even though I got take out, James L (Jucus or/and Hutt [name(s) written on card] made my short visit pleasant. Previous visits I ate in and it was always quiet, easy to talk.

James the Manager was so very so very kind, courteous, professional & truly a delight to my day. He was charming & accommodating. Service & food is wonderful. Clean & very pleasant environment. Recommend you try it.!!!! Food was great had a wonderful time out

I have always loved Fazoli’s since I was a little kid.
I love ordered their spaghetti with marinara sauce. I enjoy their breadsticks and their cheesecake for dessert.
The restaurant is not overly busy. Staff is always friendly.

I usually like Fazoli’s it’s good for a cheap price and the breadsticks aren’t bad, we usually go to the one in blue springs but this one was closer so I thought I might as well. But the lady serving our food was cleaning trash off tables and mopping the floor without gloves and not washing her hands before serving us. Was grossed out and couldn’t really finish our food with that thought.

We came in and place an extremely large order and Matt was super helpful and kind. Michael did a great job on getting all orders correct and getting it to us so fast. Jackson and Matt delivered promptly to us and ensured we had everything we needed. Wonderful service. 10/10!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE NIGHT MANAGER.
Usually, Fazoli’s is my favorite place to eat…but not this time. First of all, I called ahead to place my order but was hung up on! Intentionally! The guy on the phone was so rude and apparently thought I wouldn’t make it in before they closed, so he just hung up while I was speaking. Well, like I tried to tell him, I was basically right outside. So, twenty minutes before close, I was inside and placed my order. The manager, whose name was Cory, (I asked and was very rudely answered) was so awful. I decided I needed to leave this review right then because of how I was being treated so I started walking around taking photos. He asked me why and I told him I was planning on leaving a review. He tried to be intimidating and tell me to stop, but I didn’t. I haven’t been treated so disrespectful at a restaurant before. That’s not even including the fact that the place was filthy. With as many people working as there was, there’s no reason it should have been that dirty. Even the sidewalk in front of the building, the parking area, ordering area inside, and the women’s bathroom was nasty. The food was good, but the service? Absolutely horrible. ‘Cory’ needs a big attitude adjustment and to learn to talk to customers the right way, not by being a bully. Terrible. Just awful.
