Amazing experience! I think our server’s name was Jenny. She was super nice and helpful with my husband’s celiac disease, and advising in gluten free options. She gave honest recommendations and made our dining experience more than we could’ve expected. I had the soup and salad combo, and Jen’s French for a drink. Delicious! My husband had the gluten free gnocchi carbonara and a side of French onion potatoes gratin. We shared the gluten free s’mores budino. Would absolutely return and recommend to all our friends. If you plan on coming definitely make a reservation, as it gets very very busy. We only had to wait a few minutes for a table to be wiped down thanks to having made a reservation. Also, they bring you gluten free bread and butter if you have celiac! We would always just have to skip it at other restaurants. I was able to do the pretzel roll which was unique and delicious. Their passion fruit lemonade is to die for.

My mom and I come here once a month because we have membership! After finishing our fast we decided to pay cooper’s a visit. Tonight was by far the best service we’ve ever had!! Eleanor was prompt and so kind! Luke makes our wine experience great after dinner even though they were close to closing time ! Loved both of them! Pretzel crusted pork chops were delicious! Cocktails are always great here. Very affordable 4 cocktails, app, and two entrees for $160.

Came here for date night dinner. Everything was amazing. My husband and I said “This is so good” while eating about 4 times. He had the filet mignon with Betty’s potatoes and broccoli. I had the churrasco with parmesan fries and grilled vegetables. If it looks quite charred its because I like it like that lol We will definitely be returning. We also tasted wines and ended up leaving with a bottle of passion fruit wine. Lovely experience, atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food.

We’ve never had a bad experience. I stop in once a month for a wine tasting then stay for brunch, lunch or dinner. There’s also a wine of the month and chef menu items monthly. There’s a bunch of different glasses, aeration items and seasonal items. This month is Christmas related. Pricing for the wine and food is pretty reasonable. Our go to meals are the Ahi because it always tastes fresh and the chicken which has a nice crispness paired alongside the thin green beans and potatoes, the meal is devine. Most recently we have been sitting at the bar. The bartenders are fantastic and the atmosphere is peaceful no mater which area you sit. I recommend a wine tasting and becoming a wine club member so you can enjoy everything they have to offer.

Excellent spot. It’s corporate, but it’s pleasant. Stopped in for a happy hour round before the airport. Tyler at the bar was so warm & welcoming. He gave us a rundown of the concept since it was our first visit, & he recommended a perfect wine for our pallete. Fantastic happy hour deals with a great selection. Didn’t eat, but the people next to us did & it looked great. Perfect little stop.

Special shout out to Jeremy out front in the wine tasting venue for his expertise and superior customer service! Knowledgeable, friendly and spot on with his recommendations.
Second shout out to Hannah, server-waitress extraordinaire. She is everything I would want from a waitress, knowledgeable, friendly and was always at the ready with a smile and perfect timing!
My wife and I always make it a point when visiting our friends to make it to Coopers Hawk. Food, wine and service has not let us down, ever. We always look forward to our next trip down from Maine! Great job! Keep it up! Please acknowledge Jeremy and Hannah for their excellent service!

Wonderful Gluten Free choices including the wonderful bread. Amazing wine, so much body and so full of flavor, also so many varieties. Just wish the atmosphere was just a little bit quieter and intimate. Our first visit was a bit quieter because we set next to the window. Otherwise wonderful experience.

We love this restaurant! Sometimes the wait times are long even with a reservation but totally worth it. The food is always delicious and filets cooked to perfection. Delicious desserts! I have also enjoyed the wine tasting.

We gad the pleasure of having Patrick serve us. He went above and beyond to make our first experience the best! We had the bisque and egg rolls for an appetizer. Both were exquisite. My husband enjoyed his chicken risotto while I had the baked Parmesan shrimp scampi. We made sure to save room for dessert, the salted caramel crème brûlée. I joked with Patrick that the only thing that could have made it better was shaved chocolate, and he brought some out. It was that extra special service that elevates an experience. Eugene visited our table to make sure that our experience went well. I was happy to let him know that Patrick exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back!

Tonight was a reminder of what dining out should feel like.

So many restaurants rush you in and out in under an hour, but this experience was completely different – and truly special.

We had a 6:00 PM reservation. I arrived on time, but my friend was stuck in traffic and couldn’t make it until 6:30. The hostess initially told me the next available reservation would be 7:15 if we didn’t take 6:00 – but instead of stopping there, she kept working and found a way to move us to 6:30. That small act made me feel genuinely cared for.

While waiting, I enjoyed a few wine tastings at the counter, and the team member there was warm, welcoming, and made the experience feel personal rather than transactional.

When we were seated, our server Addison absolutely made the night. He was attentive, fun, thoughtful, and never rushed us once. He kept our wine glasses full, brought samples, surprised us with birthday truffles, and made us feel like guests in his home rather than customers at a table. Dinner lasted 2.5 hours, and not once did we feel hurried.

Thank you to the entire team for reminding us that going out to dinner can still feel joyful, relaxed, and memorable. We’ll absolutely be back.
