Sorry Ms. Jackson
I purposely seek out this location when I’m headed in this direction of town because the consistency has been unmatched. The staff is always friendly, fast, and efficient. Food is fresh and hot, and most important, on time! Just the way I like it. Sometimes people don’t always get it right, and that’s why it’s equally important to acknowledge when people do get it RIGHT!

Stopped by here to get some pepperoni crazy puffs for lunch while we were doing a drone shoot. Now the crazy puffs have pizza sauce and pepperoni in them and are topped with mozzarella cheese and brushed with an Italian herb and parmesan seasoning. The ones we ordered had pepperoni, cheese and the seasoning but no sauce, which made them extremely dry. We wound up using the crazy sauce from our breadsticks and then had nonsaucebfornour breadsticks. I know the crazy puffs combo is only $4.99 but still to make something that easy and forget a main ingredient is ridiculous. Also I got the Orange Crush that was 4 days away from expiring and it was completely flat. About the only good thing was the breadsticks and we only ate 2 because we had tonuse the sauce for the crazy puffs.
All in all this location barely earned the 1 star and if I could give it a zero stars I would.

We stop by the Little Caesars on Hwy 5 in Douglasville, GA about once a week to pick up a cheese pizza for my niece, and they’re always consistent! We order online through the app, and the pizza is ready right on time every single visit.
We usually get the ExtraMostBestest cheese pizza, and it’s always hot, fresh, and delicious. The convenience, quick service, and reliable quality keep us coming back week after week.
Definitely a dependable go-to spot in Douglasville when you need an easy, tasty pizza!

This was my extra most pizza. This is one of the worst little Caesar’s I have been to. I don’t even write reviews that how mad I am with this dry pizza.

Absolutely appalling service!!!!
Purchased online and tried to give us a poorly made pizza and a pizza that we did not order!
Then insisted that we we take it the way they made it.
Only for them to get upset because our Old World pizza we ordered only had half of the toppings and was prepared on the wrong dough.
I’ve been eating Little Caesars since the 1980’s, Stop trying to sell your consumers that B.S.

I drive through and purchase the ICB and when I went to eat it, it was so hard and dry. It tasted as if I had purchased it days ago. It tasted very old. I tried calling store several times and phone rang several times then disconnected. No answer. Next time I visit store will definitely check my order to make sure it’s fresh. I saw person take out of the warmer. I think they made day before because that’s what the ICB was. Was not fresh whatsoever.

Basic no atmosphere since carryout only. Service is a hit or miss with quality depending on who is working. Food is good idea you want fast. Issue is that if you order cheese or pepperoni pizza there is no telling how long ago it was cooked and places in the heater.

Easily the best Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. Lil C’s is its own special pizza chain. Incomparable to dominoes, papa johns, and Pizza Hut, what I like to call the big 3, Caesar’s offers the quickest service, at the best price. The Hot N Ready has saved all of us in a pinch, be it financial, or a time related issue, LC got your back. Not to mention, unlike many other pizza chains, they prepare their dough fresh every day, NOT FROZEN. Sounds perfect right? Unfortunately no. In my experience Little Caesar’s has suffered from a pretty extreme disparity in quality from store to store. Service being awful, not having anything ready to take home on a consistent basis, the pizzas being under/overcooked, not cut, or just wrong and not tasty, there is a myriad of different issues you can run into at any given Little Caesar’s you may stop in and that lack of consistency tends to drive people away. The location on HWY 5 however, is exactly what you would want out of this establishment and corporate should take notice of this little store, pun intended. I’ve always gotten a quality pie, be it hot n ready, or a specialty item, I know that when I get a pizza from here I don’t have to worry that it won’t be what I wanted. The service has been good about 95% of the time and I understand this is a hard job that doesn’t pay the best, but for it to be good at all represents good management and an above and beyond effort by staff which I am more than happy with. There is ALWAYS a pizza ready for me to grab when I’ve come in and this is on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I can’t applaud them enough for their work and I think they truly represent the philosophy that Little Caesar’s tries to represent. 10/10 will go again and again.

I hate downing a place but it’s such an inconsistent protocol going on there. They charge for extra parm sometimes then sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they give you sauce free sometimes they don’t. It’s frustrating and not professional.
