I’ll be honest, the “Big” Mac is one of the most disappointing burgers I’ve had in fast food. It used to be so much bigger. Now its just the size of a McDouble. Also, for two people to eat, it was $32. That is beyond ridiculous.

As always, at every McDonalds everywhere, over the 50+ years I’ve been eating the delicious Filet-O-Fish sandwich, the fish patty was stuck to the bun by the half slice of cheese product halfway off the bun. One time, just once, I’d like to have my whole filet ON the bun! But the staff was super, and I do believe those fresh, hot fries were the very best I’ve ever had!

Me and my husband went through about 15 minutes ago (12-25-25) it took the lady taking our order at least 3 times to understand what we wanted, which was an easy order. We ordered 2 double cheese burgers with no cheese and the ($6 meal). We pull up and pay and then get to the 2nd window where the young guy gave us our drinks and pulled us up. Before pulling up I heard the lady in the back telling him to pull us up because she was confused on the order. Lady comes out and gave us our order minus the 4 peice nuggets and no straws. Food wasn’t the best.

If I could give a zero trust me I would. We ordered our food at 10 exactly. And we were the only ones in lobby and their drive through wasn’t backed up either. At like 10:20 the lobby started to get full and we were still waiting on our food and so was everyone else who had ordered inside. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they’re short staffed so we waited patiently because we saw other people get mad at them, and it is my day off so I didn’t have anywhere to go necessarily. At like 10:30 they stopped serving breakfast so I’m thinking surely they’ll finish my order that I made 30 minutes ago. And a couple people that paid after us got their food before we were even talked to about our food. Then we went up to the counter to ask and we hear them say they don’t have breakfast anymore. At 10:44 a worker comes up and says unfortunately we ran out of breakfast food and we aren’t making anymore but I can replace your order with a lunch item or hotcakes or breakfast burritos Which is nice I’ll give her that and so I said I’ll take the breakfast burritos. She goes back there and brings us back a large fry hotcakes and breakfast burritos so my boyfriend got his hot cakes which is good. Then I heard them yell in the back that they have breakfast items and they have mcgriddles which is what I ordered so it was just really disappointing. When we got in the car I started eating them. The fries are cold and like hard, and the breakfast burritos are mainly tortilla. I’m all for having patience and you never know how someone’s day is going so I was understanding just very disappointed that it went like this and now I know to never come back because some other customers said this behavior is normal and they don’t normally come here because of it.

This place is in need of a serious Corporate toss up. Understanding drive through times need to be kept down, someone still needs to work the front and assist customers there. Had to see someone on their lunch end up leaving since they weren’t able to be helped. Managers and team members look at front counter, but no one steps up to ensure customers are helped and at least waiting for their orders. Continually a bad experience when dining in at this location. Delivery orders also get priority over ANYONE inside of the store or in the DT.

Took my granddaughter to get lunch plus a burger for her mom. Asked the girl at the window for the burger, she said you didn’t order one. I drove around to go inside with my receipt just to find several people waiting for food. One guy asked for a cup so he could get his own drink and was denied, said he’d have to wait. I was told to hold on and they would get my burger, I just left due to the long wait. The women in the back were arguing due to no help…which I understand but management need to do some major problem solving. Also, the girl at the window was rude and was complaining about everything to the point that another worker had to tell her to calm down.

Utilized the drive through, was told to wait, 3 others were served from the 2nd drivethrough lane while I waited. When the person finally took my order, after I sat patiently and quietly, was rude and yelling at me. When I arrived at the pay window, the employee there had no human decency and was disrespectful. When I got to the pick up window, the manager there handed me a coffee, which I didn’t order and then crammed a bag into hand. This place has officially lost my business.
