The owner is very detailed oriented with his smoker, his wood, and his temperatures. Highly recommended. Reservations recommended during the busy season.
During the day, the family runs a coffee shop at the same location.
The staff was extremely friendly and attentive from start to finish. They constantly checked that everything was okay and asked if we needed anything else.
The food was excellent—flavorful meat with amazing sides. We ordered the Waco combo to share (pulled pork, brisket, and a rack of pork ribs with three sides), the wagyu brisket with tater tots, and a vegetarian burrito. Everything was absolutely delicious.
A very pleasant experience overall. If you’re someone who enjoys good meat, this place is a must-visit in Koh Lanta.
We stayed at the resort across the street and decided to give this place a try and let me tell you it did NOT disappoint.
The staff is wonderful and the owner Joe is incredible. He comes to your table to make sure you are happy and the love he pours into his food is next level. Truly the best food we have had in Thailand!
We are on the island for two nights and chose to eat here both nights because it was so delicious. Prices are great, portions are huge and the flavour is top notch! There is not one critique I could give as everything was absolutely perfect!
Wonderful and prompt service, inventive and delicious food. We had the priviledge of meeting the owner, Joe, who hails from Austin Texas.
He’s an incredible foodie and takes great pride and care in the preparation of the smoked meats … and everything on the menu.
The only problem ? They’re not open for lunch so I can’t eat there twice a day.
Oh and they accept reservations.
I can’t recommend this place enough.
