As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This place needs help fast. There were 2 workers present. I placed my order and paid for it. Was asked to pull out of the drive thru and was told they would bring it to me. I get my order 10 minutes later get all the way home only to discover that my BACONZILLA sandwich had no bacon on it. I return to the restaurant and receive a sandwich that was worse than the first one. Not pleased at all….

If I could put zero stars, I would. I ordered on Uber eats, paid extra for specific ingredients, (not to mention I’m trying to satisfy pregnancy cravings) just for them to give me FOUR PLAIN BURGERS. Then, you can’t even call in. It doesn’t even ring before telling you their mailbox is full. My receipt even has my correct order, so why it was made incorrectly, I don’t even get it. HORRIBLE!!! I’m having to fight for a refund, and I’m starving.

They need to clean the clothes boxes that’s by checkers for real that is disgusting. The homeless people go through those boxes and they don’t put it back they just throw it on the ground they don’t care.

They have the best wings. I have tried others but Checkers consistently delivers flavor. They use Red Hot but have other flavors. Love the Harvey location. The clerks were very helpful with my large order. This is the go to spot for good wings day and late night.
