Delicious pho, quick service & good prices. We ordered a bowl of heart warming seafood pho. It was delicious, the broth was so flavourful.. The service was also really fast, and the servers were attentive to our table. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu.

From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful, and the food was absolutely incredible, large portions for a great price. The service.was was excellent. Its a busy and popular place yet, I was able to peacefully read my book while eating (that’s how comfy I felt here). The atmosphere is excellent.

Came here for the first time yesterday and I think this restaurant was average. My broken rice with pork chop and grilled chicken was pretty good, the fried spring rolls and crispy tofu fresh rolls were decent as well. The one bad dish was my friend’s Bun Rieu (crab paste vermicelli soup) the broth lacked depth of flavour (it’s supposed to taste like a tomato crab broth) and more like a diluted bun bo hue soup.

I love the Pho ga from this place! Hands down my favorite place to order from if I’m feeling cold, tired, sick, hungover or if I’m just craving a Pho. I have only ordered from here haven’t been in person yet but I think I’ve got to go because I crave Pho like every day. Would definitely recommend.

Visited Golden Turtle on Ossington Avenue for a late weekend lunch with a friend. We started with deep-fried pork spring rolls, which had a crisp exterior and a savoury filling.
For the main course, I had the Phở Đặc Biệt (large bowl), which included rare beef, well-done beef, tripe, tendon, and beef balls. My friend ordered the Phở Chín Nạm (large bowl), a well-done beef rice noodle soup. The broth was light and mildly savoury, served with tender rice noodles and the usual accompaniments — bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime wedges, and fresh herbs.
I also tried the jackfruit milkshake, which was refreshing and enjoyable.

We had the most wonderful experience at Pho Ria Vang Golden Turtle! From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly respectful of our dietary preferences. As vegetarians, we often have to double-check ingredients, but here, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us; offering to swap out the fish sauce for a delicious Thai sauce without us even having to ask.
We ordered the vegetarian fried rice with tofu, deep-fried spring rolls, and vegetable noodles, along with a refreshing lemon soda. Every single dish was bursting with flavor and arrived at our table in under five minutes! The tofu was perfectly cooked, the veggies were fresh and crisp, and the rice was beautifully seasoned. The spring rolls had the perfect crunch and the dipping sauce was addictive.
It’s rare to find a place that combines speed, flavor, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. This meal was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend Pho Ria Vang Golden Turtle – whether you’re vegetarian or not, you’ll leave full and happy!

I was really disappointed with my experience here.
There was a hair in my pho, and when I told the server, the only response I got was “Oh, okay.” There was no apology at all. That alone made the situation very uncomfortable.
I stopped eating because I lost my appetite. The server then asked if I was finished and immediately brought the bill, offering a 20% discount. However, the issue wasn’t just the food. It was the lack of basic courtesy and customer service.
I won’t be coming back.

Delicious pho with super friendly staff! We always come here whenever we’re on Ossington and the food never disappoints. It’s fresh, tasty, and always comes out fast. Also as a bonus their bathrooms are always very clean!

Can’t begin to express how grateful I am, they don’t take reservations (understandably so because of how busy they always are) but I thought I would give it a shot and see if I could book for a party of 13 for my best friend’s birthday on a Saturday night since she loves this place as much as I do!
They kindly got us in and I was able to drop off our orders earlier so we could be seated/eating for 8 and out by closing at 9! Not only were they extremely accommodating with us but to top it off they surprised my friend with a beautiful cake.
I come here often for their DELICIOUS salad rolls and pho but also for their consistent and amazing customer service! We love you Golden Turtle! Support your local family businesses ❤️❤️
