15 years ago. Me and my best bud ordered 10 soft tacos to go and we couldn’t be any more excited to get back and play some call of duty while enjoying some good dinner. The flavor was a 10/10 and the customer service was impeccable to tell you the truth. However, this took a dark turn at around 1AM. I woke up with what felt like a demon was trying to rip my stomach out of place. It was so bad that I had to call my mom to pick me up from the sleepover. At about 7AM my best friend contacted me explaining he was experiencing the same effects. After careful consideration we could only find one common denominator that could have possibly caused this. DEL TACO SOFT TACOS! It was my first encounter with such a terrible illness. It’s been 15 years and I have yet to step into any del taco facility since then. I just had to get this off my chest so I can begin to move forward.

I had a delivery order. The delivery fee is very reasonable. The fish tacos were excellent. They gave me a slice of lime for each one. The chips I got with guacamole were incredible. The guacamole was not just a little cup it was a tub. The del tacos were just as I ordered them. This is the best lunch I’ve had. Very very delicious.

This place has come a long way since my last visit. My only complaint this time was that my chili cheddar fries were put in the box upside down… meaning the chili and cheese were coming out of the small holes they poke into the box to distinguish what it is once closed. Made a mess in the car.

I usually have a good experience when I come here which is why this review isnt a 1 star, but for some reason when I came through this time I ordered a half pound bean and cheese (as I normally do) and they served me a burrito that’s like 35% of the size of a regular Burrito? Definitely had less beans in it than normal. It looks like they used a taco sized tortilla to make it.

The drive thru attendant was nice and personable, no issues with the service. The food was not good though, especially for the price, and the “Epic burrito” was an epic disappointment. Four bites in before getting any actual filling and the fries tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in awhile. Left a coating in my mouth.

I’ve been here twice now. This is the closest Del Taco to me, which is an hour by bus. Once again, it was worth it. The service was friendly and quick, the food was well made, and the eating area was clean just like last time. All the other customers I saw were helped right away, even the ones who chose not to order through the kiosk. I’ll go back another time for sure.

beef bean burrito is decent size, half the price of an “actual” burrito place ($7), & adding some salad inside is a nice crisp fresh touch.
