The food is fresh, the employees polite!
But you guys have such an issue with your drive-through people don’t pull around like they’re supposed to and they cut other cars off and my car was almost damaged because someone cut the line so if you guys could put up barriers that would be much safer for your customers.

Wendy’s has gotten really pricy and has eliminated most of their reasonably priced food options even within the app. We stopped eating at Wendy’s on a regular basis when they started their worst partnership ever with Netflix’s macabre, grotesque, dark, and sarcasm filled Wednesday which is the opposite of everything that Wendy’s has been – family friendly, clean, fun and affordable. I remember reading an article also about their app overhaul where they removed most offers from the app and made things less affordable for people because they thought that customer’s were overwhelmed by the options. I understand as a chain they are struggling, but hopefully they can get someone in charge that understands the brand and value unlike the people that implemented the Wednesday’s promotion, Cracker Barrel changes, and other naive newb marketing flops with beloved brands.

Took nearly 15 minutes to fill two hamburger combo meals with fries. Despite the sandwiches being the hold up, they were cold and looked like they had been made an hour earlier. The “Bacon” classic sandwich is shown. When I presented the sandwich to the counter staff, one employee told me that was how it was supposed to look. The other person at the counter later brought me two more pieces of bacon, apparently feeling bad. The fries had been placed in the bags waiting for the sandwiches and were cold. Every time I go to this Wendy’s, I swear I won’t go back. My bad.

Finally tried their breakfast, and can only say one thing….. Absolutely awful, taste, value, everything was awful! Portion size, 2x smaller than what’s pictured on the menu, old stale bread, over cooked chicken and bacon. I mean, the bacon was so hard it almost broke a tooth, and those seasoned wedge potatoes…. Just thinking about them makes me wanna puke! Tasted like they were cooked in oil about six different times.

I stopped in for lunch today 10/7/25 about 1 :10 pm. Nobody working the counter, looks like 5 people working the drive thru. Stood there for about 4 minutes in which no one acts like they were going to help me. Normal there is a young man working the counter but he wasn’t there. Maybe next time they will be more attentive to customers on the counter.

I went to Wendy today and there a nice sweet lady that was taking our order in Wendy and the manager got on the speaker and started being rude on the speaker telling us that we can’t order 2 different order at one time and we want even being rude and so we went in to talk to the manager and he was like where your manager he was like I am the manger and I was like where your manager over you and he was like I own this Wendy and this my store there no other manger his name is Willie very rude don’t need to be a manger

Been craving a frosty. Ordered one chocolate and one vanilla. Got two chocolate in drive through. Had to go inside only to be given another chocolate. Finally got my vanilla but the fry’s were under cooked. Gave up. Brought food home for the dogs.
UPDATE!!! 12/5/21 Wanted to try Wendy’s “ guaranteed crispy fries” well, they were not. They were warm but not fresh and crispy. Same old fry’s. Ordered 2 singles with cheese, 1 large fry and large coke. Cost almost $16.00 I know people want to make more than a small minimum wage. But fast food jobs are usually for part-time jobs for kids in school or retirees for some extra money. I don’t think they were intended as a “career”. We had two meal combos in McDonald’s the other day price tag $20
We can sit down in a small local mom and pop dinner served food by a waitress for less than that plus tip. I’m not gonna be that kind of money for warmed over food handed to me in a bag through a window.
Really don’t know how fast food places are going to stay in business and people like us realize we can eat healthier for less and not have to sit in our cars to do it. Yes I guess we could I went back in and asked for fresh fries as a guarantee states. But we all know what happens to people food when you send it back. You usually get some sort of unwanted special surprise lol.

I was visiting NC and my plane landed approx 11pm and after picking up my rental and driving 45mins, I arrived at this Wendy at 12:55am not knowing they close @ 1am. When I pulled in to order, the manager and the one employee were working (one of them had the name Sandra). They both were polite and told me that they close in 5min and asked me what I wanted to order to see if they had it available, and if unavailable they offered an alternate. With a customer pulling up 5min before closing, I know they both probably worked a long shift and ready to go home but I could not tell. They’re both so sweet and took the time to ensure I had a late/hot dinner. Thank you both for your kindness.

As I pulled up to the drive through window, which was still closed at the time.
I pulled out my phone and had it ready to tap. Mind you I had my phone ready out still less than halfway from the drive through window.
The person at the window, immediately after opening the window and seeing my phone “THANKS FOR TELLING ME” and the “I HAD THE PHONE IN HER FACE”. Not sure how that’s possible when my phone was just outside my truck and not even close to the drive through a window. She continues to go on a rant about quite a few things and ends up closing the drive thru window in my face.
Another employee provided my food and was very nice. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. That experience was awful and very unnecessary.

Chicken wrap had about 6 pieces of cheese and lettuce, no tea available, fries were over cooked and workers main goal was to get you checked out so he could go waste time with friends
