Love Starbucks, but they have been shiesty with their milk. I’m about to stop spending my money here because it’s irritating that I get an almost half empty cup. This is just a cinnamon dolce steamer. Why is the cup so empty? It’s just milk and syrup, why can’t they fill it up like they do normal drinks?

A Cut Above the Rest!

This Starbucks location on W 21st St has become my absolute go-to, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team. I’m consistently greeted with a genuine smile, and the baristas are not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. Even when the drive-thru is busy, they get orders out quickly and, most importantly, accurately.

What really sets this store apart is the personal touch. The staff seems to genuinely care about their customers and making their day better. I’ve noticed management interacting with guests, and the whole team works so well together to keep things moving.

In a world where customer service can be hit-or-miss, this location truly stands out for its fantastic, positive, and professional staff. It’s a great, reliable spot to start the day or for a midday pick-me-up. Highly recommend this store for its A+ service!

I placed an order via mobile and I totally messed up on the pick up time. I called in and I think I spoke to “Tori”, but she made sure my order would be done at the right time for me to pick up instead of getting a soggy drink that would’ve been sitting for a minute. Even the drive thru clerk knew about the incident and was prepared with a big ol smile and cheery personality. Great customer service all around.

Went from being the best Starbucks in Irving to the worst. The worst customer service and drinks! People need to find jobs that don’t deal with people if that’s not what they want to do. Asking for a straw or napkins should not be why you get attitude. Morning shift sucks and then they still expect a tip for their bad service.

If I could give this a negative star I would. Came here on 10/16/25 at around 4:20 pm and wanted a drink after my target run and when I got there the girl working was talking to another target worker, which I don’t mind so I waited a few steps away waiting to be noticed or even greeted with “hello, I’ll be right with you”. She finished helping the worker and started packing what I can imagine was a pick up order. Again I stayed quiet bc she could be running behind on orders so I didn’t mind and still waited to be noticed or at least addressed. She finishes with the order then decides to walk away from the counter AGAIN WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGING ME STANDING THERE LOOKING AT HER. Now I’ve been in this service for 5 years now and I personally would NEVER not acknowledge a customer regardless of how busy I may be. Anyways I ended up just leaving because obviously this girl lack customer service or may have been having a bad day but yeah never again.

Went around 9:30am for the red cup event and everything was perfect except the venti caramel brulee latte we received. It tasted like the milk was sour, decaf coffee and there was no hint of caramel in it. First time I got Starbucks in over a year and I’m highly disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for a little while and I love how it’s been super consistent, every time I order I know that it’s gonna be the same good quality experience every time. I sometimes order complicated drinks but I love how I know this location with always make the effort to make my drink with exactly everything I ask for and more. The staff is friendly and considerate of what their customers ask for. Definitely coming back every time.

I’d rather go elsewhere for food and drink but I’m sick and wanted a Medicine Ball. SB is the only ones who make it. I used the drive thru. The barista taking my order was quite pleasant.

Got the aforementioned drink and a breakfast wrap. The barista asked if I wanted some of their hot sauces…sure why not. He gave me three different ones. I tried the jalapeno/lime and the original. They were good, not great. The wrap itself wasn’t too bad (I’d rather have an abuelita in a greasy kitchen rolling me a burrito). Such is life. I ate and was satisfied.

Waited in line for the Bearista Bear release 11/06 and the employees stated that they did not have any. I had called the day before and they said that they had received some for the launch. They had unopened merch boxes and I strongly believe the employees did not want customers to get a hold of one. I mean why promote a launch and have people waste their time. Know I see why Starbucks is getting a lot of hate.
