The best Burger King I have been to. They are always consistently quick. I work very close to them and mostly place online pick-up orders, the majority of the time my food is ready by the time I walk there. They are friendly, and the food always tastes fresh.

Pulled in the other night through the drive thru, they have 2 ordering lanes, I pulled into the 2nd one. The lady said that this one didn’t work very well because it had bad audio and asked me to move to the other lane. Which was inconvenient as there was cars coming in behind me. However, I did switch lanes. Ordered a Combo Burger meal and also ordered mozzarella sticks. They had me pull around the front of the building and park to wait for my order. When I got my order I was missing my French fries, which I confirmed were on my receipt. My soda tasted like it had actual chemicals in it. The mozzarella sticks were good, I assumed since I waited they would be fresh but they weren’t which was a disappointment but was still good. The burger was good until about less than halfway through I got an intensively strange flavor from the jalapenos, again almost chemically flavored. Overall, I paid $20 and could not finish my meal. Staff aren’t pleasant, careless and there is 100% a quality issue with this food and the products this place is serving. I did not feel comfortable reporting my issues to the staff at the time. Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this place except that I hope they can recover and be better in the future.

Last minute dinner plans. Usually, we go through the drive-through and never fails, something in our order is wrong or missing. We always have a big order. This time, we decided to dine in, and Jamal took our order. He was spot on, very polite, and patient. We have a lot of requests when it comes to our burgers, and Jamal took care of all it. I def appreciate his customer service and the way he engaged with our kiddos. No issues with our food. Everything came out hot and exactly how we ordered!

I don’t know about lunch but babyyyyyy get on DoorDash and order a double sausage, egg, and cheese croissant for little to nothing compared to everything else on DoorDash and enjoy every last bite. I’ve placed about 15+ orders and I’m eating a sandwich right now. Yum! Plus, door dash has a but one get one on these sandwiches ‼️

Did drive through. I went on Sunday October 6,2025 and went around 1 pm. The best service ever! I forgot the young gentlemans name but he gave the best service with a smile ! He didnt rush me when i needed to put my drinks on my cup holder and he made sure i had everything in my bag!

First time we hv ever been served at this location. Always plagued with lack of employees, grills out, or some other kind of weird situation. Tables needed to be wiped down but otherwise it rated about the same as other fast food joints. Counter staff was very helpful and polite. Burgers were warm and could hv been hotter.

Someone please inform the manager that Coke Zero and Diet Coke are different and taste completely different. They no longer serve Diet Coke there saying “Diet Coke and Coke Zero are exactly the same.” Literally every other BK in the world has it. I thought BK was the “Have it your way” place. They’re the “we don’t serve Diet Coke because we keep selling out and it takes too much extra effort to stock it” place. .

I’ve always gone here and it used to be really good. Whoever is being hired at the damn drive through they gotta fix it and replace, Dennis is awesome and the only reason this isn’t two stars, he’s professional while keeping conversations during the transaction while the other guy named Jamal is inappropriate, told my husband about a comment he made regarding asking if I wanted kids while staring at my chest and my husband confronted him. The man out front told my husband he stares at women’s chests (especially low riders) during transactions. Next day he got us food and the man didn’t even hide his rudeness to my husband and didn’t even get our order right, everything we didn’t want was on our burgers and my brisket burger didn’t even have the brisket in it. That man is disgusting and as long as he works there I won’t be returning and letting my friends know to not either of that man is seeing as he is bluntly making inappropriate comments during his job

These people on night shift suck. I do not recommend. This is the third time they tried to play me, and give me the wring order. They Gave me an un toasted bun @10 something pm and tried to give me water after I ordered Sprite. I had to litterally tasted the water and tell the girl at the window I ordered sprite……Just for her to look at me crazy before correcting my order. Is this the people you all are hiring now I do not recommend this place. And it is unfortunate because I love BK and tonight I am highly disappointed with the service I was given tonight. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

The commercial made the new pulled pork king look amazing. I went to this Burger King last night and they were sold out of the pork. Today this is what we got, and it was not how we ordered it. We said no crispy onions, but there they were. Plus there is such little meat for this sandwich meal costing 8.94 before tax! Very disappointed.
