Food was fresh, made to order and very tasty. Customer service was helpful and recommended. Great selections, as this was our first time at this location. Dining area was clean and well-kept.
The atmosphere of this location was subtle and friendly. The staff were knowledgeable of their menu, and the food reminded me of the West Coast base restaurant in and out.
I would recommend this fresh burger beyond some of the fast food locations you pass on the highway.

Really good tasting burger not greasy like some other places. The fries are thin but really good and good flavor. Got two mini concrete milkshakes and those also had a great flavor! Got our food within a couple minutes and not many people there (Sunday 130pm)

This place has some of the best burgers in my opinion. I ordered everything through the app (although the app is a little slow), I was able to order everything and redeem my free reward. They made it all correctly, and it was done by the time I got there, food was still warm even after driving back to my job to eat it. Everything was flavorful and the place was pretty clean when I went inside. I visited this location 10-8-22.

The food here is inconsistent… Last time we were here, it was great, so we came back this week and it was too salty. One of our burgers was half inedible due to all the salt they put on it. But the thickness of the burgers on this visit was great, as usually they’re smashed so thin, they’re crispy – a true smash burger shouldn’t be dry and crispy.
On this visit, we ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it came out without the bacon, so we had to go back and ask for it.
The fries were decent, so were the onion rings.
I just wish everything was more consistent, it would be really good if it were.

Very clean location.
Original Burger was tasty but a third patty would be welcome as the burgers are quite thin. They are tasty though. The cheese curds were a bit too salty and quite greasy.
I’ll try the fries next time.

Freddy’s was dope! It had an old school diner vibe. Great for families. The food was dangerously good. It’s definitely a treat spot. The burger is flames! I couldn’t resist getting their cheese curds. I only give 4 stars because the curds were a bit too salty for my preference.

Yall this location ain’t it. It smells like an old cafeteria, the floors were so slippery (I almost fell) and the cashier was so out of it. They have clean bathrooms and you can just glide around because the floors were that slippery. Smelled like old mop water. The Fairfax location is way better and represents the brand.
